intertops lets me cancel bet
while showing someone how to place bets at Intertops, placed $600 bet. brought him to the confirm page, told him you just click - here- and the bet is in. i reach over to grab a lighter and my wrist hits the mouse and the bet is in. called INTERTOPS. told them i placed a bet by accident and to my surprize they cancelled the bet. most places would not and i would understand why. just surprized this was not a problem for them just to cancel the bet. no questions were asked.
Good service. TheGreek is nice about this too if the line has not moved.

haha yeah what was the play?
I still use intertops from time to time, no more free payouts kinda rubs me the wrong way though. Very vanilla sportsbook, but always been solid and underrated.
As long as it is within minutes, and the line has not moved, good books will let you do it.

Wish more books would do this at least once in awhile. Everyone makes the occasional mistake.
If you make an error and call immediately afterwards most books will not remove the bet even if the line has moved.
The book makes a mistake and hangs a bad line and they cancel your wager several hours later.

that's been my experience - everything is always with the book against the player. it was nice to get that bet cancelled within minutes and without me explaining how or why it happened.
Awesome. Great customer service is extremely valuable in any business. A lot of sportsbooks view their clients as the enemy which they are in some ways
