In your experience how long does it take for a request to "clear accounting"? I put in a request for a 4 figure payout by regular check about a week ago and the funds are still in my account. Any insight?

i put in a withdrawl request 7 days ago and funds are still in my account too. i specifically just asked on live chat to remove them so i dont lose them and not only did they refuse, they tell me the funds will probably be in the account another week. slow paying at its finest!

I had the same issue with BetMania & Betphoenix which are sister books.They do not take the funds out for a week or so,but you will be paid in the time frame stated (7-10) business days.It kind of sucks but at least they are free pay outs in the time frame given.

I would never bet with Wager Chief, I was just wondering what happens if you bet the pending funds and you keep winning, do they make the winnings void saying etc.?

To clarify this issue , our standard rules are 7 to 10 working days and until the check is verified that it was sent your money is going to stay in your account .

Now if a player has a problem with that , they can just email me and I will get it removed , 95% of players dont have a problem with this , for the other 5% you have my email and as always I will do my best for you guys.

You guys need to understand that just because a book does not do as you wish does not mean they are crooked , it is what the industry has become for US clients we have to go through endless hoops to get players paid , which we always do.

Some things might not make much sense to a player so ask away , it is YOUR money you can ask but just because you dont understand / agree with the practice doesnt make Wagerchief a " shady " book .

In the history of this sportsbook me being the founder go back on any forum on the internet and check when have I not taken care of a player.

Hey Wager chief some people are sceptical here but i noticed that you are a B book which people on the thread forget to mention and there is no negative feedback according to SBR. Also guys if thats the rules of this book than thats how it goes, I don't no for sure as i have not checked but if its stated that 7-10 business days then thats there rule,just cause they don't take the money out doesn't really mean anything. Also the complaints on this thread have been taken care of customers have recieved withdraws so how is that shady. Also not to mention that they offer 100% freeplay up to $500, well with that being said i have seen them before but have over looked them and i have to say that im impressed and will give them a try. WagerChief way to handle these issues in a timely manner.
