Default Does anybody use Betphoenix?

I'm interested in signing up at a new book and had a couple of questions for anyone who uses the site.

How are the payments for US citizens (I'm going to pay with a Visa debit/credit card through my checking account)?
Do they require any type of CC validation?
Related to the first question, what is their most efficient payout option?

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum sir

Here is a recent thread that will give you a better idea about what Betphoenix (SBR Rated B-) has to offer on that front.

Now as you can see here are the current processing solutions they are offering:

Money Transfer
Person 2 Person
Pay By Call (might not be offer in the near future)
Person 2 Person Vietnam
Book-to-Book transfers to/from Cris and DSI ($50 fee)

The last recorded payout an SBR poster reported was back on 2/6/08 by Newguyintown. Since then I haven't heard of any processing issues or outstanding complaints levied against them. All is well I would have to assume.

How do you know? This is a big credit book that caters to the USA -asian community. There just getting their "feet wet "with the postup, and most definately are going to have some growing pains. I would give them a month or two before posting up with them.

I concur sir.

While I realize some of the ownership has ties to DSI and all, they have made it clear it's a stand alone book that is not being backed by DSI at all. I feel once football starts it would show that they turned the corner and are making a progress at establishing a little bit higher of success rate.

I would like to assure everyone that our company is a solid outfit. We have never had any complaints regarding our payouts and we intend to keep that record.
Our company as has been mentioned is growing and although I cannot guarantee we will never experience any growing pains I can safely say they will be very temporary. We have extremely qualified people in every one of our departments that have been in the business for a very long time and know what to expect and how to handle it so we are confident we can overcome any hurdle quickly and with little inconvenience to our customers.

I have wagered with BetPhoenix for 9 months now and have been very happy with them. I love their reduced juice lines and am especially happy with how quickly I get my money after requesting a withdrawal. I have had some good luck with my wagers at betPhoenix and have requested 3 mail payouts in the last two months. Two of my payouts were received 2 days after my request and one was received 3 days after my request.

I have deposited by moneygram and bankwire with no problems. I was happy with how quickly they credited my bankwire deposit. Some sportsbooks take a week to credit a bankwire deposit but BetPhoenix was much faster than this.
