    Exclamation players complain BettingStar24 hasn't processed there withdraw requests because.....

    Four players complain their sportsbook, BettingStar24 (not yet rated) has not processed their Moneybookers withdrawals in two to four weeks. The sportsbook cites "identity verification from internal security" and has apologized to the players who are owed a few hundred dollars each.

    This is the response on the recent complaints we have been getting.

    Dear Mr. West,

    thank you for your email.

    Those customers are informed about the delay and that this is happening
    because of an internal security check. But we understand their complaint and
    your email. We will carry out their payment requests as soon as possible.

    We thank you for your understanding and your friendly emails. After we have
    carried out their withdrawals we will inform you as well.

    I have told them several times they need to change their policy it players are waiting two weeks, let alone three weeks for a withdrawal. Despite that they continue with the same message. The only good thing is that our first round of complaints several weeks ago were paid. I don't believe any of the current players have been paid yet.

    What's Bodog's excuse?

    They haven't paid me going on 7 weeks!

    I played with bettingstar24 until January. The last payout I requested, which was also through moneybookers, was recieved the next day.

    The amount was the equivalent of about 1800 dollars.

    BettingStar24 emailed me that the three players in question have all been paid. I also got confirmation from one of the players that this is the case.

    While I am glad to see that they continue to pay everyone, I am encouraging them to find a way to process their security checks on first time payouts quicker.
