Default Tell me what you know about Partouche Betting

I had somebody asked me about a book called partouche-betting (Not Rated), and I thought I'd share with you my finding about them. Hopefully some of you SBR poster will do the same.

partouche betting is part of a big casino chain based in France and has roughly 55 land based casinos within the company. Also, they are have a very sound financial backing, so you know your funds are very secure. Another thing I did find out about them is that all your paperwork better be in order during the withdraw stages or your screwed, because they are a stickler when it comes to verifying there players Identification (very strict!).

Another thing everyone needs to know is that they do cut limits fairly fast, so needless to say they are not to fond of winners at all. Not to mention there limits are fairly low on minor leagues, so thats something else you might want to take note of.

I've been using them a bit, they have some good odds. Had a payout of 400ish pounds ($800) just to test them out - after ID, it came through fast enough via moneybookers. They take pounds as well as euros, not sure what else. No deposit/wdraw charges.

Minor league stake limits are 127 pounds ($250), they tell you it up front. What doesn't qualify as a minor league I'm not exactly sure, although you could get $2k on the euros. They don't appear to move odds too readily, so stake limits on well price lines can get a bit silly (eg one of the tennis matcges the other day would only offer 12 pounds).

Their overround appears to vary, not quite sure of the pattern. The standard line appears to be 102% for everything, but some markets (even within the same league) appear to have dropped to 103, 104 or 105% - perhaps the lines that have been hammered a little, they may be dropping only on one side. Still, very good odds.

As above though, stake limits interfere so not much use at present, but when the larger leagues start they'll be in direct competition with pinnacle for soccer odds. It's hard to see why a recreational book would go for that sort of juice - Mr joesixpack isn't going to care they have +0.1 odds on the rest of the market, so they may as well use 108% or whatever. Having said that, they have been running a lot of ads on British TV during Euro2008 halftime (very, very expensive).

Little addendum - seems like large event limits (Wimbledon and English premier league) have a standard max stake of $6k, again not looking much like a recreational book. Oddly enough, this doesn't include the women's wimbledon final, which is limited to $600 (huh?). Tennis has an overround of 101%, again a straight copy of pinnacle.

Thanks for the informative info sir.

I was wondering if you happen to know if they put players on long delays or do they just cut your limits without any type of warnings?

Sorry BBD, no idea - don't seem to have been limited yet, and don't know anyone else who has joined them (I was guinea pig-ing for a few others).

No problem sir. If you ever do run into the types of answers I'm seeking, I would be appreciative to hear your feedback though.

Another 2.5k withdrawal today, took 3 days by moneybookers.

Kinda clobbered them at the weekend on Scandinavian football, not been limited though. Still the same limits as before, $250 soccer minor leagues and the small tennis tournaments running atm, $6000 on English premier (the only large league that has released fixtures yet)

Not at all - their software is really quick to accept bets.

Not much point to time delays anyway, since they hardly ever move their odds :-) If they take too much money on one side the stake limits drop to nothing, then presumably the odds are manually re-evaluated later.

Another $4k withdrawal. They're getting quicker too, that was 24 hours via moneybookers, sat to sun afternoon. No sign of limits/delays yet, although it probably won't be much longer at this rate - on an absurd winning streak (won 10/11)

By the way, their parlay limits are a bit more generous, around $2.5k max stake.

Weird, my large league limits are $6k, nordic/austrian $250.

I wonder if they have auto risk limiting based on country?

I do OK :-) However, this number of withdrawals is pretty normal for ewallet users afaik. Personally I never keep money in bookies (other than pinnies and betfair), so am constantly withdrawing from all over the place.

Might as well do it this way - withdrawals to moneybookers are free pretty much everywhere, you get your cash back the next day at the latest, and thus you can aways use your cash on the best price around.

Thats just bad customer service on there part to say the least sir. Two months is just ridiculous.

Please feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will try to inquire to them on your behalf to see what the hold up is.
