Livebetting in Eurobet today :

I'm betting today on match Vaidisowa - Chakwetadze on live, in first set was a score 4:5 , next ball Vaidsowa and I'm betting 11 game win Vaidisowa. In 10 game was break and Chakvetadze A. (Rus) win 4:6 first set.

My bet on 11 geme was still in opening bets and when second set was ended - bet lost.

Why my bet is not voided ? In all other bookmakers, when somebody bet on first set on games winners, in this situation when gemes betting isn't completed - bets are void.

With no 11th game happening it sounds like it should have been voided. Please feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf.

For live betting in the second set, was it worded "To Win 3rd" game or "To win 13th game" ?

Match / Live (In Running) bets. In match / Live (In Running) betting, the player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner, providing the umpire has called play to begin. If the match fails to start (i.e. the umpire does not call 'play') then bets will be void. In running bets on next game/set winner are void if the game/set is not completed.

It looks like you bet on the 11th game, but that your bet wasn't specific to the first set (I think this is the point Santo is trying to make). Since the first set was only 10 games, the 11th game was in fact the first game of the second set, which Chakvetadze won game-30, thus your bet on Vaidisova lost.

Beturo waited for next set.. If I knew that set will expire after 10 games, I would make no bet.

i see your point, but if it's always been like this with eurobet, you don't have a case. there's enough tennis going on right now in their live-betting to see how they grade bets on other tennis matches. if bets on who will win the next game for example are always rolled over to the following set if the current set is completed, there's not much you can do. if not, you obviously have a valid complaint.

I don't think you've got a case against Eurobet. 11th Game refers to 11th Game of the match; that's just the way Eurobet operates.

Hope you didn't lose too much...

Answer from eurobet :

"Please be advised that as we do not specify which set the game will be played in, this bet would have been on the 11th game of the entire match, which in this case was the first game of set 2."


"To win 11 game" was win 11 game in the match ... All in the world in this situation the bets are voided. But player can't win with bookmaker, they do all to bets lost.
"Please be advised that as we do not specify which set the game will be played in" - and I we can do all to losing your bets. If I 11 game won ( in the second set ), 100% game void ( they not specify which set and make all what they want ) and any score in the match in this situation bookmaker is in pole position..... All the world betting games in set which already played but not in eurobet, because they not specify. Why ?

No comments, I'm didn't lose to much, that's old true : we must pay, bookmakers must earn.
