Moneybookers customer service nowhere?

Has anyone been able to get any e-mail response back from Moneybookers? I sent a question last week. Still no response. I know they're slow, but c'mon WTF...

I know they have a phone number, but I'm wondering about their message centre and e-mail customer service. Is it working for anybody?

They work standard business hours - UK time 9-5 daily.
I've had success on the phone with them during those times.

Email has been hit or miss, I've had replies within a day, and sometimes not gotten an answer.

For a company that does such a large volume of business you would think they would have better CS.

I got a cold call on my mobile last week from them asking why I don't use them.

You need service when you need it (24 hours)not when they want to get around too it.

They aren't that quick for regular accounts, but VIP accounts can phone up and get straight through.
