I had a bet on a multi including Palermo (0) at odds of 1.39. IT was in two parts as it was asian handicap.

They settled as a loser and changed the bet to -0.5. It's so obvious, they even forgot to change the odds as it's still at 1.39 LOL. We all know palermo -0.5 was in excess of 1.8. I had another winning bet with palermo 0 as a void selection at 1.39 too to just to exacerbate the point.

Please help!

Did you talk to them? Are you sure there's a problem? If your bet is half -.5, and half 0, and the match finished tied, perhaps they marked half of your parlay as a loser (correctly) and the other half is still pending where the drawn match contributed nothing to the return?

No both parts were 1.39 (Palermo 0).

It's been marked as a loser both parts. The split bet was on another selection which is void anyway in the PAOK game. Ive emailed them and theyve not responded.

Cant check it now but it was porto 0 1.25
Palermo 0 1.39 changed to -0.5 same odds (lol)
Paok 0 1.1something

2nd one same just porto+0.25

Both settled as losers palermo -0.5 1.39.

Screen shot with confirmation, seems like a pain but that one time you need it it's there. I have a folder on my desktop and just move them there. Organized by date. Then i do a month end type thing and burn them to disc.

Please keep in mind that 10bet is one of the worst books around.
Your experience with them is nothing special. 10 bet is a very sarcastic book
