I like betonline a lot and for me they grade is the correct. A

good customerservice and good LIVECHAT. Money feels very safe here.

anyway. There is 1 big problem now. Their new software is slow. With the old software you just logged in and your bet was done in 5 secunds.

Now with their new software it take almost 1 minute to first log in and then place a bet.

Their mirrorsite is under construction and probably you cant use it either anymore.

my rate for the old software was A+.
the new one is D-.

its very sad because I like betonline a lot.

My point is that players dont want sit and wait 1 minute for place a wager.

please tell me your opinions.

I still can't figure out how to log in.

I end up having to try 10 different things to get to the sportsbook and I'm not sure how I end up there.

I think it sucks.

I use their racebook, yes new software is very slow and now you have to re-enter password to confirm wager. Since I bet near post time I may start phoning in my wagers. Luckily their racebook CS is very good.

Looks like Wager Web has the best racing software now which is almost identical to the old betonline. The only flaw is that the MTP doesn't automatically update.

Betonline: You should have kept it simple, stupid.
