    Default myBet - blocked account and not pay the winnings.

    This site blocked account and not pay the winnings. Where to go for help?
    I ordered the payment, sent all documents they required. A few days later my account is blocked, and the money was never paid.

    Today, support replied that all the winnings to my account canceled and they pay only a deposit. They stole from me about 1000 euros. Where can I complain about this theft and fraud?

    If you broke some rule(s), then that is the reason. If you didn't, then you can get a mediation from SBR.

    Yes, I get a bonus. But before I ordered the payment terms on bonuses were fully implemented.
