Matchbook payouts via regular mail?
Anybody in the US request a check by reg mail from MB. The cost is a reasonable $9...but how long does it take?

Why would they even charge $9? I should charge my landord a fee for writing a check. unreeeal.

Administrative fee, I guess. Other places do this for free, I know. But how long do these checks take to get to US clients?

I am reading it sir.
I'm kinda surprised they didn't send you an email, but then again I never request regular mail type checks from them at all. Because it's always overnight ones for me. Anyways, to my understanding...The regular mail type checks usually take anywhere from 25-30 days on average to receive.

You just have to chalk it up as a "cost of doing business fee" HH. I also remember it usually takes anywhere from 20-30 days before receiving it (just like Wsex).

Thanks, Dan. No problem with the small fee, and I'll post in this thread when my 3k check arrives. Hopefully that will be in the next few weeks.

You will probably get it faster as I understand it. The nine dollars they charge is to cover the cost for "Priority Mail". Which you would probably get within a week.
CONGRATS!!

Hedgehog ... I have probably received 4 or 5 checks by regular mail from them and never had one take longer than 5 days. I usually expect them within 3 business days on average. Funny thing is the last check I requested by regular mail also yet it arrived the next day by Fedex at no extra cost. Maybe they just like me.

I seem to remember getting my checks in 3-4 days last year. Definitely under a week, anyway.

They must just like me too - I submitted it for regular mail and got it the next day from FedEx.
Matchbook - next day
Betcascade - maybe next year

Got the check Monday (6/23), two weeks after requesting it. They said 10-15 days and it came w/i that time frame. So chalk up another successful payout by MB.
