You won`t hear a bad word from me about that company anymore. You guys posted that the paid US players and I highly respect that for a new company such as they are. However I am waiting for more than 3 weeks for the check now and I made my first wd request on 21 Apr. That was declined for several reasons such as they did not serve the European market but they allowed sign ups from over here. So far so good. CW told me I will get paid. According to their cs the check was issued 3 weeks ago and sent out. So far it has not arrived and I am really wondering if it will ever arrive. There is just one reason for understanding that and that is they will wait with sending out the check until they serve the European market. Why don`t they tell me the truth? Why do they always tell me it has been sent out but it never arrived? So Cw show me that you are legit and send me the money by moneygram or wu. You guys have my details. There is no way someone in Germany can pick up any money without showing his id. I really would like to see you guys serving German customers but with the way you handled at least my payout issue you won`t get many signups from here.

I really want to say that you are a legit company and there have been a lot of nice postings at sbrforum but so far all I can say is that I still havent received it. No check, no mail takes 3 weeks from either the USA or Costa Rica to Germany. I checked that with our postal service and they said that such mail takes no more than seven days for arrival. Can you please be so kind and inform me why you don`t pay me. I can not see a reason for that.....
On the other hand I kindly ask you to send me the money by moneygram today. There is no way of cheating with moneygram or western union here in Germany. You always have to show your passport. I will post my issue at sbrforum.com. There won`t be a bad word about your company from my site because so far I cant say something bad about you because you paid at least US players. But let us be honest and do whatever a company has to do and pay a player who won.

This time cw sent me a good answer to the issue by email and explained me some of the facts. We furthermore may have found a solution for the issue. Somehow it depends on the cs person who deals with you in the livechat. Some of them sound pretty rude but the person who answered me by email sounded competent and tried to resolve the issue. However I was told to wait until Friday and see if the check arrives. Otherwise i may receive it by other means.

I have been dealing with cw for the least couple of days trying to resolve the issue. Ben wanted to check with his processor / bank to see if the check cleared and in case it hasn`t send me the money by moneygram today (Monday). That was what Ben told me last week (Monday) in an email. I checked back with cw on Friday and the cs told me that they forwarded the issue to their bank and they will receive an answer early this week. In case it has not cleared they will send me the money by mg. I don`t get that. If I ask my bank for some infos about a check (checking if it has cleared or making it invalid) they will give me the answer right away or make the neccessary actions (making it invalid) right away. I don`t have to wait days for an answer from the bank. However this is what i was told by cw. I really expect cw to send me the payout by mg today and not in the next days. I am waiting for it for nearly two months now and more than 4 weeks have passed since they approved my latest w/d request (12 May 08) which I still have not received. I have no clue what the problem is / was.

However I want to mention that cw looks like a legit company so far. Most of their cs and Ben seem to be really nice people and try to help finding a solution for problems. Cw could be a good fit for smaller players looking for a credit account. I think they should select what countries they accept in the future. In case they allow players from the Balkans or Eastern Europe to play there they will see lots of scammers. I guess there is no way to collect from such players. I was told they will allow Central European players to give them action within the next weeks and even offer them a debit card for payouts. I am really looking forward to getting such an option for w/d and hope that it just happened to me and no one other had such a problem for getting paid.

How strange is that (at least for someone from Europe)? I was told to wait another 24 hours. Cw hopes to get an answer from their bank within these 24 hours. Is that the way US or CR banks are working? I usually get any reply from my bank right away. However I will not blame CW for that in case their bank works that way.

I can understand your frustration, but from my experiences they pay. I think this comes down to payment methods. Check processing and all that can pose a lot of challenges, in dealing with different intermediaries whatnot, especially in countries you don't currently service anymore. I would guess before they switched to debit cards, some kinks still remained in the old system, and right now they are working to get that figured out and work with the bank for your payouts delivery. If that doesn't work, I am sure they'll pay through MG.

The point is (at least I hope that) how I will get paid but when I will get paid and there is the problem. The chec never arrived so they decided to pay me by moneygram. I dn`t understand why it takes since Thursday to check if a check has cleared or cancel the check. I mean that should be a matter of minutes not days. I usually make one call or visit to my bank and they take the needed actions. So I don`t understand why they can`t call the bank and then send out the moneygram (btw they will reduce the fee from my winnings. that is ok with me but keep in mind that i am waiting nearly 2 months now). I really hope I will get paid TODAY and not tomorrow, next week etc etc etc.
I am really looking forward to the day they issue debit cards to Europeans.

Its so funny how pimmike calls out blackdog about slow pay yet hes no where to be found in this thread. I personally would not play at cw but had havefriends who have.Some have gotten paid on time and promptly. Then some have had every excuse in the world where their checks are and one was flat out told by a customer service rep on live chat that he will not get paid. I dont understand why any one in the world why some one would want to play where the most you could ever get paid is 1000 dollars. Lets say you win 1800 does the other 800 rollover to next week hell no so you won 1000 but lost 800. Very stupid very shady . If players bothered to read the terms when signing up, which are right smack on the "Our Concept" page, they'd see the most they could win for starters is $1,000.

Once you establish yourself with them, ie, settling a loss a couple times, or posting up your limits to bet/win are raised. Don't you see how it would be a bad biz move to allow new members to circumvent the limits, without knowing if they are the type who will pay when they owe?

As for this guy in Germany, or your friend with the checks, thats why they switched to debit cards. Nobody has been slow paid on a debit card, it's easier processing wise.

First of all I know it says clearly in the rules about max pay out 1000 that is why I said its stupid to play at a place wher you have a capped limit of winning. Second I am not friends with the person in europe don'nt even know him. I said i have had friends who have played there some have gotten paid and some have not with one being flat out told on live chat not to expect any payout cause he complained too much. Now if you would read post correctly instead of being shoved up cw and pimmikes ass you would have understood . But i guess like the payouts at cw the players ther are slow themselves and need things broken down for them so next time before you come running to cw's rescue make sure you know what your defending.

First of all thank you to Creditwagering for finally paying me by mg. It was a long way to get paid but they were standing to their word and paid me. I am now sure that it was a mistake made by their processor. I have no clue if they ever issued the check or where it went to but it couldn`t be to my adress. My conclusion: It was a long time but I think they are legit.
However I am still shaking my head that I was charged 85 (!!!) US$ for the mg. I was told the processor charges that much (usually it should have been around 22 USD). Despite of that CW released the mg by noon but their processor or CW sent me the infos around 6 hours later. I will not blame CW therefore it could have been their processor.

sorry to hear you had problems dude but they are legit and professional people. I just settled up 3k with them, wouldn't have done it if thought they were a scam shop.
