Hi!
i have opened my account with stryyke and for start i have bet in sports,after that i start to play casino, blackjack.
100 E was my first depozit.

i won much money in casino....i had 3748 E in my account...and more than 1 month ago ,when i still played,suddently i could't play because when i was in the middle of a blackjack session my account was blocked....

i emailed the support and only after 4 days and 10 emails thay replied that my account is blocked and they will give me soon more details.
after another week they told me that i am a high risk player on other poker platforms (and i didn t played poker in stryyke)and my account it will be closed and they will give me 100 E (the deposit ) back.
They didn't
Plz note that i have in my account more than 3700 Euros.

since 3 weeks i didn;t get any details....
so this is my situation now.

what do you think about this?
what can i do to recover my funds?

This is not the first time this book has closed a players account. Please feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf.

up to now I don't understand why a book can't even pay a player with 2, 3K off course they have all the right to block the account if the player is too good with it, but the winning sum must pay to player period.

i am disperated because i need this money,
generally i loose money but in this case i won and i was happy...but thet comited a very big injustice ...they blocked my account....what is this..high risk player? (their motivation)i m not this kind of player..but...if i was... they are not alowed to stole my money...
maximum they must closed my account...maximum maximum.

they haven t the right to stole my money!

Barbone, you are looking for the right place broo, Dan and Bill is very good in chasing these stupid books and asking money for player, so please be patient with them

They are part of a poker network of many sites and share info about players, so if you chip dumped, charged back or whatever on a site that shared their network they would have you down as high risk.

they told me that i am a high risk player because i have deposited 100 E and i had more that 5000, after that i lost and i had 2500 after that i won again and when i had 3748 they blocked my account.

for example,this is first time,at first bookie, when i won more than 1K.

anybody heard about this kind of situation?

There was a Stryyke representative in this forum before.
But he didnt proof any cheating from my side regarding my case and he left the forum scared about their reputation.

complaints@lga.org.mt
I suppose your situation will be checked carefully from the comission and if you are right.
Stryyke should recover your money or association should a cancel Stryyke license(3rd complaint and stolen money again for this year)!

I was googling Stryyke, and this post appear in the first page of google, now i know, that i will not deposit any money in stryyke.

I guess stryyke are very happy about google and this forum

i just said....they told me just that i am high risk player on other platforms(casino).Bill Dozer helped me...1 or 2 managers from stryyke analized... first...they have send me 410 E (the winnings in sport)...seccond...they told me that their risk departement closed my account for ever and i will not receive the rest of money(3340 E)
From that point i wrote 2 emails..they didn't ask.

WHAT TO DO? to go in court in Malta with this issue? (in instance).to go to a advocate? to a counsel?

Why you avoid to tell us your opinion about stryyke? Do you recommend to people to bet in Stryyke? At least yes or no! you spend much time to write in the forum here because your are Mother Teresa and you want to help the people but why you dont help them more? Because unfortunately people read forums when they request a withdrawal and not receiveing their money but not before they deposit money to this bookie. Thats the reason that this company still operates and steal the money from the people.
