Default wagerchief annoyance on check withdrawl

they say it will take 10 days (thats fine) but they refuse to take the funds out of my account now. i asked on mulitiple occasions since wednesday and they refuse to do so. i would hate to lose the funds before the check is processed. this is extremely unfriendly towards the customer. i will never depsoit with them again because of this.

This is shady activity. Of course this is done in hopes that you will wager and lose before payout is processed.

shady is the exact word i used to describe. it is a "slow pay" tactic. even if it takes 10 days to send a check there is no excuse not to grant a clients request to have the funds removed from the available balance in a timely matter.

Well yes. They are hoping by keeping the funds available to you that you will wager and lose as well as a slow pay tactic.

I'm just guessing it is because you requested it during non payout times. They probably process payouts until 11Am or 12. Most books do this.

It seems good to me what they are doing. It allows more flexibility.

In general, I would simply not bet with the funds from the pending withdrawal. However if I saw a bet I wanted so much that it over-rode the priority of the withdrawal request, then I could do it. If the book took the funds out right away, I wouldn't have that flexibility.

Whatever, it's all my decision. If you don't want to wager the funds, obviously don't wager them.

i have no problem with this being their default method. (although it could open up problems if the funds were wagered. could give the player or book the oppurtunity to claim the other was taking a shot at them)

however, there is littlke to no excuse i can think of to keep the funds in the account after the player has requestged them to be removed. that is what is happening here.

it also makes me question the speed of the withdrawls. but i dont care much about a delay of a few days in getting paid. thats not my issue here.

I see no reason why they just can't remove the funds from the account after you request a withdrawal!

Two reason already identified. Most books have hours where they process withdrawls. I'm sure it is listed on their website. Get the request in within that timeframe and the funds most likely would have been deducted that day even if it takes 10 days to get a check.

If you don't get it in during those processing timeframe, why would the book deduct the funds then/ They know a lot of people may blow it. They aren't doing anything shady. I lack self control and this has happened to me a few times, but it is a simple concept. Withdrawls are processed during a certain time. You guys are coming down hard on this book for no reason. If withdrawls were processed at the time he requested it, then there is a problem.

what? because i requested the withdrawl wednesday night, i no longer have the right to have the funds deducted from my account? that makes 0 sense. they have had all day thursday/ friday and now to 1235 saturday to remove the funds from my availabale balance. its a poor job on their part. dont see how anyone can say otherwise at this point.

the funds still sit in my account(from wednesdays withdrawl request). chief pmed me that he would take care of this on monday. i dont have to worry about losing the funds as they have now limited me to 250 bucks on every single wager i place. is this just me? i have a feeling getting my remaining balance out of here wont be so fun......................

You requested your payment on Wed , the money will be removed next week we have an established time frame for payments which most posters do not have a problem with. It is also hard for accounting to remove money that is in pending play since we do not have the outcome of the games on paper.

Your limits were raised but remember we are a recreational book , I cannot say this enough.

If you are betting your own opinion thats great , if you play steam you will find yourself limited rather quickly that is the only way to stay in business when you give cash bonuses , free half points amongst others .

I will always work with posters they just need to understand that we are not out to get anybody but risk management is a must if you wish to stay afloat.

Assuming the second part is a non sequitur (he isn't seriously trying to withdraw money that was pending when he asked, is he?), the first part is nonsense. Deducting the funds is COMPLETELY independent from actually sending the check. If you want to wait 10 days to send the check, wait 10 days to send the check. There is no fundamental reason why anybody (and to answer robmpink, ANYBODY) can't make a note and deduct the funds before the check is written. If there's an issue (like unmet rollover), or the client wants his money back in play, just readd it. It's not rocket science. (It is, however, a standard tactic from the BetUs-level playbook)

i am not asking for money sooner then the 10 days it says it takes. i wanted the funds removed from my account. this is now the 4th day since i requested the withdrawl and amazingly, wagercheif is unable to remove the funds from the account. in my mind this is equivalent to a book saying they are unable to turn off the casino on the account. its shady.

if you want to lower my limits to 250 accross the board, i cannot have a problem with that. but please pay me my balance in a timely matter as you have altered the terms i had when i sent you deposit after deposit. who can i ask to speak to tomorrow to help me withdraw my remaining balance.

ps- is betting halftimes automatically steam? thats what i mostly bet i thought.

just went on livechat, still hasnt take funds out of the account. not that it matters anymore with my super low limits.

chief- is there anything you can do to either increase my limits even to 500 or to expedite my withdrawl and let me recieve my remaining balance in a timely (and cheaply) matter?
