you have to think about whos playing there.
if the company has an advertising campaign on tv, then fish sign up. at no name companies there can be sharks.
The more fish the better... stick to Poker Stars.

In my experience the level at IPoker is one of the lowest. One of the reasons could be that a lot of European Sportsbook are connected to this network. Also it is not possible to receive rakeback.

Poker Stars does neither have rakeback, but I think that people in general are very good at Stars.

My advise would be to try both sites. After some time it will be easy for you to decide which network is best for you.

The reason most sites change networks is because the network they're on is a crook. That's what happen to many Futurebet and Igaming sites.
