Nothing on their website works. I have tried multiple browsers, can't get a bet in. I try and place my bet, get to the confirmation screen, confirm and then get a blank screen. I have tried to talk to support multiple times about this. The online "live chat" is so hard to get a hold of, it's ridiculous. The one time I did get a hold of them, the lady berated me in nothing but capital letters, didn't listen to my problem at all and told me if the website wasn't working to call in my bets. Well I can't call in my bets and still have 8000$ of my bonus to rollover, so wtf do I do?

So when I can't get through to support, it asks me to leave a message. Well I try and do that, but then it says my messages can't go through.

What kind of shady operation is this? And to think I even gave SBR my referral credit when I signed up, since I saw they were an "A" rated book on your site.

I finally managed to get through to live chat after 90859085 more attempts, they said they would have some technicians look at it and had no idea what was going on with my account. Figures, doubt they'll email me with the resolution like they said they would.

They put you on delay. Once it goes blank screen wait 30 seconds or so and they will confirm your bet or deny it if the line moved.

Overall very good book. I am not the fan I once was, but no denying they are top notch. With that kinda rollover, sounds as if you deposited a few dimes. Might be better served at Greek for your level of action, espc if you are new. Might be labeled as a player to watch.
