Why is their Customer Service rated so high?

They take forever to respond on live chat or some of the time no response at all.

Have had several emails not replied to in the past few weeks including emails to managers.

I tried calling in to talk to a manager and they said I should try again in 10 minutes.. This happened twice.

Not impressed with Bet Jamaica's Customer Service.

Agreed, they used to be good..lately it's slipped.

Chat was never their strong suit, but used to be excellent on the phone. Any more they are nothing more than average. E-mail used to get an instant response virtually, now you are lucky if they answer within a day.

They are still good, just not as good as they once were in my opin. YMMV

BetJamaica live chat have been awful as long as I remember, but whenever I e-mail them they take care of business very quick. Typically I only do it for book2book transfers but it rarely takes more than 30 minutes or an hour for the transfer to be complete and them to send me a confirmation.

Ya Im not too impressed with the CS there either. Ya and especially the live chat there which has already been mentioned above.

It has dwindled, though at least they process payouts and grant free plays when appropriate. Eventually whatever issue you are having with them will most likelly be resolved, but they make you feel like shit for inquiring

I have had a few experiences with BetJM. Mostly good. Maybe one time I had slow service but never rude.and the payout proces wasnt that bad.

I can't find anything on their site about horseracing rebates.

apparently their payouts are slowing down too, i've heard over a week for courier checks now
