Default bookmaker checks: how long are they taking?

Any experiences/feedback on how long bookmaker checks by courier are currently taking would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

From my understanding it's taking up to 10 business days for overnight checks (thats what it states on there website), however on average it's a lot faster than that according to a few posters here.

Overnight I usually receive in a matter of a day or two.

Request on Tuesday, usually received on Thursday or Friday.

I requested payout by courier on 5/30 (fri) for $4900 and got email to send copy of driver license and CC on monday 6/1. CC was a ******** pre-paid ****. So I faxed all the necessary info and money was taken out of account on that same day 6/1.

Today, Sat. 6/7 still NO check. Should I start to be concerned? Thanks.

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum sir.

I personally wouldn't worry at all because it can take up to as many as 10 business days to receive a Fedex check from them.

    Thanks Bigboydan,appreciate the quick response.

Should I wait until I receive this check before I submit a request for another withdrawal? I was planning on making a request for the same amount on Monday 6/9. I believe their rules state that a player can make a w/d request every 7 days.

    Thanks for all your help

    No problem sir.

I don't think another withdraw request would effect your first one at a Cris powered book. They are top tier and will pay you. Besides, there are currently no outstanding complaints or processing issues levied against them at this time, which should tell you what type of book they are.

    bigboydan,

Just to follow up. I did receive my payout on 6/13/08. It was for $4000. They had some type of problems with determining if it was a regular **** or pre-paid ****. That is the reason I changed the total payout. Its strange on this withdrawal that they charged me a $50 fee for a Fedex fee and it came by regular mail. Hmmmm...... At least it came.

I also submitted another request for $4900 on 6/16/08 and will notify once received.

One last question if you dont mind. Are you familiar with their wire to wire transfer? How long is the process to transfer funds from one account to the other? I'm in the US and will a deposit into my financial institution show that it was from some type of gaming company or vice-versa?

    Thank you,

Wires only take a few days once sent. How long it takes from your request until someone in accounting at CRIS actually suffers the indignity of servicing a client is anyone's guess. Your bank will not have any clue it's from a gambling company since they'd be breaking the law if they did.

    Thanks RickySteve!

I have one payout by check pending for the maximum withdrawal allowed by check. It was requested on Monday June 16,2008 before 12 noon. And funds were taken out on Tuesday and I havent received it yet. Hopefully I'll receive it tomorrow. And then theres the 5 day holding period for out of state checks at my bank.

I will sign up for the wire to wire transfer on Monday June 23 for my next withdrawal because that will be my every 7 days that a withdrawal request can be made. If you're wondering why I'm making all these withdrawal request is that I got VERY VERY LUCKY in their CASINO. 2 ROYAL FLUSHES IN about a week and a half apart at $8000 each. So thats $16,000 total. So now its just betting Baseball and WNBA to build up the BETPOINTS lol
    Good luck all!!!

    Aloha,

I just received my check via regular mail today, Saturday 6/21. Don't know why CS @ Bookmaker said that the check was going to be sent by Fedex and I receive it via United States Postal Service. However, it did only take 4 days from when the funds was taken out of my account to reach my mailbox in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Which I'm very pleased about.

I will register for the wire to wire transfer on Monday 6/23 for another withdrawal. Will post about the transaction if anyone is interested.

bigboydan, for the record it was for $4900.

Thanks for giving me/us an update on the status of your payout sir. I highly doubted that they would give you any hassles at all, and I was right. It's good to see that books still payout promptly.

CRIS and Bookmaker are the best positioned for banking and processing through the rest of 08.
