I asked BetAtlas to send me a check for a dime about 6 weeks ago. If I recall, they told me it would be 30 days, but I may not be remembering that accurately. Anyways, I forgot all about it until recently, so I called them yesterday to say I had never received the check.

Their accounting person seemed genuinely embarrassed and asked if I wanted a free ** instead (they'd pay the fees). I agreed and received my $1K today.

It worked out well for me, but if I had needed that money sooner, I might have a much different perception of this cashout and BetAtlas.

I remember reading that BetAtlas was taking up to 3 weeks to process fedex checks these days, so a month isn't all that bad considering that info. Anyways, I'm glad to see that they make there customers happy in this regard.

Betatlas is having some extremely long delay for their Neteller payout. I have yet to receive my payment for at least 3weeks from now. They used to pay me in 1-2days time, but no more.
Can anyone enlighten me?

You did extremely well there (by Atlas standards). If you were withdrawing a larger dollar amount, you could have been in for a second career trying to pry it away from them.

They like deposits fine. Payouts, not so much.

Dan! Dude! I keep asking on this forum for updates if Atlas have figured out how to make payouts and you never reported this.

Where did you read they were processing cheques that fast (if 3 weeks can be considered fast)?

That particular post was originally made back on 5-23-08. The slow pays combined with processing issues during the summer months equals longer than normal delays (hence 3 weeks being acceptable ). So at the time it was considered acceptable due to all the surrounding elements involved.
