I called saturday saw I had 25 free play in my account. Called a few times to see why I had the $$$ nobody knew. They thought it was due to my recent deposits. Called back a few mores times and was told I could use it on the world series so I played the Rangers rl, I had to roll it over 10x and max cash out 200. Then yesterday I found out it was for a 3 team parlay on certain games. WTF!!! then I was told that I could use the $$$ I won and just make sure I met the roll over. max cash out 200 dollars. So today, I thought I completed the roll over and could transfer the 200 to my regular wagerchief account where I have real $$$, then was told it was denied because, I did not use it on a 3 team parlay. How can I be told one thing then they pull this. It seems I have had some problems with either Betphoenix, BetMania, Wagerchief. I think I am done playing here. Just too many problems.. I also want my 200 dollars that I won.. It is not my fault people there told me something totally different.. I am supposed to call back Tues while they check the tapes... I will keep updated
very soon WAGERCHIEF(jon) will ask you to pm him the information and he will straighten it out to your satisfaction. at least thats what happened to every other complaint about WAGERCHIEF at SBR. and i am sure will keep on happening. you will probably have your money soon.
Yeah I would expect someone to come along soon to take care of it for you. It was the first customer service representative you spoke to who is actually at fault here since he started this chain of events. The other people you communicated with probably just did as they were instructed, without knowing of your first communicaton that said you could use it on world series.
