First of all Bill knows about this story. I made the max winning in the onliest week I was allowed to play there which was 1k. I am German and the week after I was allowed to play they blocked most of their foreign customers. Back on 21 Apr I tried to cash out the 1k. Then I realized they cut the 1k to 850 $. I sent them a copy of my id etc. by email as requested by them. I talked to a guy called Mike and he told me that I will receive the funds Friday. On Wednesday 23 Apr they declined my payout. I asked this guy Mike again why this has happened and he told me that I will receive it by moneygram on Friday and I should check back for the moneygram infos on that day. On Friday I was in the livechat again and this time they told me that I will receive it by check (no 28 Apr) but their attorney has to sign it first (or at least approve it). lol. On 28 Apr I made another wd request which was declined on 30 Apr. They told me again that the payout by check is already in the system and that the operator can see it will leave their office on 30 Apr. Guess what - it was declined on the same day. Then I asked Bill for help. He was in contact with the guys and they told him I will receive the funds by check. A check is still a no brainer for me as it takes more than a week for arrival and another 21 days to clear - but ok. On Monday 12 May I received an email from them with a confirmation of my id etc. Now they finally added the missing 150 $ to my account so that i was able to request the full 1k. I made another wd request which is still pending. for more than a week now. I was chatting with one of their operators last Wed and he told me I should check back with them on Friday because they will send out the check on that day and provide me the routing infos. On Friday they told me the check will be send out on Monday which was yesterday and I should check back with them at 3 pm. I did that and this time they told me the check is at the bank and they will immediately send me the tracking infos that afternoon. Nothing so far. I really think they will never send me the 1k.
In case some guys have really been paid - great for you. I guess they will never pay me.

Creditwagering.com show me that you are a legit company and pay me out by moneygram. Germany is not a third world country and you have to provide a valid id when you pick up a mg. So you can`t cheat. You will never ever send out the check (I guess all involved parties know that by now).

Bill, thanks for your help. I guess you had a feeling that something like my case will happen when dealing with such a company.

Talking to a manager there is not so easy. I tried to talk to a guy called Ben but he seems to be out of office all the time. Once he is flying in inthe afternoon after getting back from a business trip. Then he is out of the office doing some business stuff. Another time they tell me he will be in at night (signing the payouts etc) but he never showed up etc etc etc. Looks like Ben is a virtual figure (at least for me).

And yes, I filled in the form days ago (that is why I mentioned Bill).

They pay bud, sounds like with the old processing systems your delivery got delayed a bit, that's unfortunate but you will get your money. They moved over to debit cards because that is smoother operationally.

I remember reading a thread on another forum (overseas one) that they did put a restrictions on certain countries, however I don't recall all the details at all. I'm assuming you were one of a few that did post about this matter Andy?

It looks like the issue has been resolved now. In case I will receive the check and it won`t bounce I won t say a negative word about creditwagering.com again. However the cs and the company seems to be rude in case someone is complaining in a forum. Isn t it my right to complain when a wd takes around 4 weeks and is always rejected. Ok, from now on i am not allowed to play there anymore but i can live with that. However thanks to Bill for getting this issue resolved. Btw I never heard of any problem with their processor until this week.

Have you been recieving your debit card funds in the 2 days they claim to say it takes?
Is it normal for my payout request to still say pending on the Wednesday they send them out or will this take care of itself later in the day?

Hi Varsity,

It is 100% normal for the payout to say pending even after the payout processing day or two passes. This was a longstanding thing even when checks were being issued, it is just a technical part of their software. It's something I wondered also but usually by that weekend my payout always had said 'Approved'.

After your ID is approved and phone # matches up, you are all set to be paid out and from there it's simply waiting for it to hit your card. Congrats on the winnings bud.

I know this is only my second post on this forum and what I say carries no weight but...

CW did give my my debit card via DHL fully loaded with the $810 I cashed out with. Logged onto CW to get my pin number and went to the ATM. Daily limit was $500 and I took that, no problems.

No, I am not a shill for CW. This handle is different from the one I post on at LVAsports. I don't want them knowing I play at a book like CW, LOL.

Ok. I really hope they do pay and I believe in what they said about the check being sent out. As of Friday European time I still have not received their mail with the check. Mail from Northern America to Germany doesn`t take more than 7 days for delivery. Keeping in mind that their check has been sent out Wednesday a week ago it does not look good at all. I will wait for another 2 or three days for informing you if the mail has finally arrived or not.

People act like they are accepting $10,000 bets. They are not a shop for professionals.

They are aimed at recreational to medium sized gamblers, have good post up credit bonuses as in, post 1k, get 2k credit etc, they aren't going to be raked over the coals by "sharps" or "stiffs". That is why they continue to pay so easily.

All the rest is gossip and speculation, I have a debit card and will use it this week, and while I withdraw cash from ATM I will think of all the people that lost money there so they talk crap.

I got $1000 more coming to me by this Thursday at 6pm et. These guys are legit, it's a shame some people cash out and then stiff them.

Actually, they expect this, that's why they track suspicious accounts such as two signed up in a short time from the same general area like a small town in podunk Idaho. You also have to submit an ID to cash out so if you stiff, they got your address and pic and then post it on their site, which means your boss could do a Google search or your name and find you on the Stiff's page. One guy from the Stiff's page got tossed out of FSU because the Dean caught word of him using the school computers to place wagers and a fellow student googled him and found it and reported him.

However, if you bet and lose, you are safe because they don't have your picture ID.

I have every intention of paying them and I will but the site clearly says you have 30 days to settle and they started telling me they was coming to my house to collect and everything after day 1. I like how they payout but do not like how they do business when it comes to stiffs.

Actually- that's not what the site says, but nice try.

The site says, you have to make payment arrangements within a week, and you have up to 30 days to follow through with your first payment, be it part of a payment plan both parties agree to, or one lump sum of your balance.

I really doubt that's how it went down, also I'm unsure someone with 2 posts that comes here to mention how he owes them money has any credibility.

Do not really care how I look on here. I am not knocking the site for anything except they started calling me and threatening me on the first day. Week ends on SUnday and by Monday I was getting threats. I plan on paying and being done with the site just for the simple fact I do not like a damn book calling me and telling me they are going to come kill me over a 1000 bucks. Anyone who does business with them has the right to know that is how it went down. As far as getting a payout, they will pay you and it is really quick but just dont lose or they will come kill you.
