I placed a bet in the Mybet sportsbook on the under 0.5 goals market. After the game finished (0:0), I go to my account and for my surprise the bet was canceled. I send a email, and the response was: "Please note that we have the right to cancel bets, if these were put up with the wrong odds. The bet was supposed to have odds of 1,95, however it was offered with odds of 195. For this reason we had to cancel all bets on this particular market."
This is not true, and I do not know why they said 1.95 odd and 195 odd??? The odd was 5 (stake 25 euros). After many e-mails, the response was the same "The bet was canceled and so your stake was refunded to your account”…

What the Mybet made is cheating, cancel a winner bet...

Something is definitely not adding up here. Was this a live bet by any chance as I can't imagine any match would have 1.95 odds on u0.5, nor 195 of course. I have seen first half u0.5 at odds of 5, but that is pretty rare unless you are looking at betfair odds. If it is u0.5 for the entire matched then it would be more like odds of 10+ depending on who is playing.

well, if it was pre-live and you got only 5.00 odds then it was really a bad line but AGAINST you. the line should have been at least 7-8.00

Yes, something doesn't add up here. All the mentioned lines (1.95 , 195 and 5) would be wrong for this kind of bet.

I forgot to say the market was under 0.5 in the first half

To not be misunderstood: I place 25 euros in the under 0.5 (1st half) with a 5.0 odd

Under 0.5 first half = no goals, in the Frankfurt vs St Pauli match (30 Oct) the best price for no goals first half is 21/10, or 2.1/1 (decimal 3.1, US +210), so it would seem 5.0 is off, but unlikely it should have been 1.95 (and definitely not 195)

Betting with mybet for 12 month, they have alwas been fair to me, even cancelling a bet where i have mistakingly added a "0" to my bet stake.

Dude a 5 odd is obvious a badline, mybet is not been incorrect, they made a mistake and you know. In a soccer match the most comom result in half time is 0-0.

I just looked at the archived odds and the best price available was +225 at Centrebet (from the books i saw), with the consensus +200~

It was a good odds i think the shold pay
And when the cancelled a bet i think the should contact you with a mail and tell you before the match
Ofcourse i got angry when i thought that i won 500Euros
If the sent a mail before it should be diffrent.

I might even agree with you, that 5.0 is a bad line. But if they cancel the bet, they should contact the customer, before the the match start, or pay with a lower odd.
