Thats actually a good question sir. They had a similar type of processing issue last year and I've seen that it sometimes can take up to 3 months before they finally catch up.

The withdraw system seems to be back on line for me anyway,I just check it and got 4 tracking #'s for withdraws between 4/26and 4/27.

I've had a tracking # for my withdrawal request from 5/1 for about 3 days now. Nothing is coming up on DHL's site, where in previous instances as soon as I have the tracking number it works on DHL's site.

just relax you will get paid,I no it's stressfull,fustrating ect...
Sometimes the tracking #s take a few days to come up. I got a tracking # for a withdraw thru e-mail,put the number in at dhl and it was already at my house.Then I checked my withdraw history,two days later it finally showed up there.So I would say they are a little behind on there tracking info.

got my dhl tracking number for my april 1st withdrawal over the phone on monday, may 12th. as of today (may 16th), the tracking number on DHL STILL says shipping information received, but no additional information. 47 days since i initiated the request. great turnaround. ugh

Thats better than me, i've been waiting since march 31st and NO tracking number still...wow they might of lost alot of good customers over this...but the bright side for them is that "there's a sucker born every second"...sportsbook.com blows....

I cashed out a Small amount $200 last week and they said I sould have it next week... My friend go a big check from them about a week ago i think close to $1000 only took 3 weeks... I keep now tring to go on sportsbook.com and it is down anyone know why?

sounds like taco is a sportsbook.com shill. withdrew 5 figures? hmm. that's interesting. they have a 2500 max withdrawal limit. it's impossible to get a 5 figure withdrawal from SB.com. Hell, I tried to take out 4250 and it took me 2 withdrawals. One of which i initiated FOURTY-EIGHT DAYS AGO!!!!

OK...if Sportsbook claims they have sent me a check and they give me a DHL tracking number on Tuesday, and it's now Saturday and the tracking number isn't on DHL's site, it's safe to assume Sportsbook is full of shit. Should I file a complaint?

I don't know how much good it will do, because there are having some serious processing issues at this time. Although, you can always fill out a complaint form.

I don't understand how you get a tracking number and it works that instant (which usually happens with me), but when I get a tracking number this time, 5 days later and I still can't track it.

I just called them, and I asked them about the tracking thing and they said that the tracking number listed is the tracking number used when they do send the check, which they say will be on Monday or Tuesday. Last week they said that DHL was just slow and hadn't updated their site...if I don't have proper tracking by Wednesday then I'm filing a complaint.

spoke with a supervisor last monday (5/12) and was given my DHL tracking number. asked him for typical timeframe from tracking # receipt to "scanned package" (meaning, the package is in the DHL system and trace-able), and they told me one week. HUH? One week. Yes, you will have the tracking no later than Monday 5/19. Obviously, no progress. I called this morning and they told me it could take another week. I requested payment on April 1st. It is now May 19th. This place is an f'ing joke

I had to pending withdrawls one requested in on march 31, 2008 and the other one on May 2, 2008. Yesterday sportsbook.com updated my account with a tracking number for my may 2 withdrawl. I did check the tracking number and was able to locate the status on it. It is currently in transit and was in ohio last night on its way to texas so im crossing my fingers I get this one. However i still havent recieved any information regarding my march transaction....Makes no daym sense.

You can actually call 1-800-CALL-DHL and tell the automated guy "track a package" and then type in your tracking number and it will tell you when it will arrive, it doesn't tell me that online.

My expected arrival date is Wednesday.

In all fairness to this book, I'm getting paid---average time 3-4 weeks with three of Jassy books. I'm not saying I am going to continue doing business with them (there is a reason why they and Jassy has a D-) but I'm getting paid. Moreover, the amount of sportsbook.com players at Covers, the amount of advertising suggests theyre not going anywhere soon.
