Has anyone recently called and got through to a customer service rep at this company? I've been on hold for 22 minutes and nothing but music. I can honestly tell you folks this company is scaring the daylights out of me. No one knows anything in their customer care dept., their computers don't have accurate info and the fact that I can't get through makes me think they're not going to be around very much longer.

Positive stories are welcome and bad ones too.

The only way I ever got through to them is when I needed to make a deposit. After some hassle (document wise), I had a check for a hundred sent to me after three weeks (previous two transactions were flawless). Won't do business with them again (mainly do to what I am hearing on this site).

Received 10k in checks in less than 1 week after they cut my limits across the board.
