    Default Problem with unibet

    Hi, I put the screenshot of these 2 bets, the bet is: who scored the fifth goal?

    I bet on the 2 teams and they canceled the winning bet and not canceled the losing bet, at least I do cash-in in the losing bet and save some of my money, i think that they should give me 23.04 €.

    The bet is correctly cancelled because they had more than 5 goals in the match, but should have canceled the 2 bets, not only the winning bet.

    nobody knows. for example, if it is about betus it is usually on the front page within hours but if the complaint is about some european or asian bookie then there is a big possibility that you will never get any reply

    Unibet is lying to sbr! . they have said that I made the bet at 18:25 (match start at 18:30), and I have the screenshot of the bet was made at 18:35 when they had more than 5 goals.
