This is nothing really new for them, but considering this story I'm a little nervous. They give great bonuses, but manage to suck in every other way.

They were nice enough to put a notice on their home page that they would be closing down for maintenance... after they had already closed and reopened.

have they not paid you? are there any disputes of them not paying anyone? their website has been horrible but i have not heard any stories of them not paying up. please correct me if im wrong

I've received several bank wires from them all within 2-3 days. I requested a wire on 10/3 and got a call 2 days ago from them stating they are having processor delays of 5-6 days and my payment should be coming any day now. This is my last withdrawal with them(they've cut my limits to $5 on everything). I've been a big supporter of them in the past but not anymore, I wouldn't keep money at this book.

so they cut your limits- if you had full limits would you keep money there? sounds like you would.

No I wouldn't. They've drastically cut their limits across the board for everything. I don't think it's the same book it was the last year or 2 I played there.

so you are basing this totally on the cutting of limits (not the safety of funds). as i said, if they offered you the old limits on everything, you would be back there in a heartbeat.
