Eurobet did not settle following bet correctly:

Andrey Golubev-Albert Montanes (October, 5th), I bet on Montanes.

Montanes won due to a retirement of golubev in the second set. So, my bet won because EuroBet tennis rules say, that a moneyline tennis match stands if one point is played.

Yesterday I checked my Eurobet account and saw, that my bet was lost. I send them a mail to settle the bet correctly. They did it, but it's not ok I think. This is the second time during one month Eurobet settled a bet incorrectly.

Pay attention using Eurobet.

Eurobet is a good company but if they mock you like this,just don t place bets at tennis.

i have had bets settled wrong and resettled often at various places.
it would be nice to receive email notification; my experience for example is, that Party sends email notification, while bwin does it without notifications. beware.
