I live in UK and I am trying to find my way out of this jungle like everybody else.

My betting accounts are in GBP.

I don’t have more accounts with the same bookie.

Simply, I don’t do anything doggy.

I signed up to BetCris not even three weeks ago.

As you can see I wasn’t wagering any surebets or against my original bets or this kind of staff.

I was just lucky and it happened that I won most of mine wagers so I almost tripled the original deposit amount.

I was betting 100GBP in average. Biggest bet was 220GBP. Overall, I made profit around 1700GBP.

Than this Monday I tried to bet there on NFL’s Detroit Lions ML and I got gobsmacked.

Betcris didn’t allow me to place bet and showed my this message:

Max Wager Online Exceeded. Your Current Wager Limit is 25.00 GBP.

I checked my email and there I found this:

Please be advised that you have been removed from the Loyalty Program by Management as of this date: 10/11/2010.

So I got limited and its pretty disappointing.

And I still can see my Betpoints but website is not allowing me to get into the screen where you can cash it in.

After this experience I think Betcris don’t deserve to stay with a status of a professional bookie.

Have you got the similar experience with them?

Or can somebody give me an advice what have I done wrong?

Wow I definitely don't like the sound of this. I know they play head games when it's payout time, but this is questionable.......wonder if there's more to this story.

and didn't someone post here not long ago that when they cut you off from the rewards program that they'd nevertheless allow you to use what you had accumulated?

Doesn't seem normal for them. Even if you were beating them to moves, which is unlikely, not really their MO to limit on bets these size.

yea taking you off the rewards program is their perogative, limiting you to 25gbp after you won 1000gbp is lol for a book calling themselves a pro. i won 20k+ from last week in teasers and i'm not limited asfaik. there's probably important pt you're not/ or forgot to mention. are you playing dsi or any of the affiliate books or actual betcris?

Check your soccer limit. Maybe only American sports limit was cut.

never had a problem w/ cris/bkmkr yet, small fees they get me every now and then, but i don't focus too much on that.

current w/d is taking longer than a week, but i'm patient. they quoted me 2 weeks i believe for a free payout via ***************, so still quite within that timeframe.

Diamond did the same to me a while back. Wasn't a new account either, had it for a couple of years. Not arbing, not steam, not huge stakes, just beat them a bit.

I too feel it is a little disconcerting, especially limiting so low within the Cris family if it happened as stated by OP. I also hope someone from SBR looks into this.

Never heard of bookmaker putting on delays before, but seems they are doing it now. Things are really that bad these days? Even so called professional action welcome sportsbooks are doing everything they can to prevent players getting good #.

I hope sbr looks into that, but BM is like a holy cow for 'em...so unlikely to happen.
Anyway, only very few ppl should need them these days if they limit fast (or delay), that was the only good thing they had going ...
a professional status. Take that away, what's left? high juice, high fees, and early lines can be looked at other shops too.
Greek is ahead of them clearly now, and compared to Pinny they look like a joke.
