    Default Is WSEX The Only Book That charges For a BTB transfer to Matchbook?

    According to Matchbook, the following Books do transfers to them:
    Pinnacle, WSEX, BetCris, BetJamaica, Olympic and 5 Dimes. Matchbook does not charge for this.
    I know WSEX charges $50 for the transfer. Do all(any) of the others charge, and if so how much?

    yep Bookmaker/CRIS insane fees. Charged me $100 to send $500 to 5dimes. NOOOOOOOOOOO THANKS

    Cris has the highest b2b fees and it's double for transfers to MB ($200 I believe).
