In a hypothetical situation, if a person were to receive an email saying they were entitled to a 25% bonus for depositing at WSEX, that person put $4000 in, got the bonus, played through the rollover requirements and was ready to withdraw, could this person transfer their balance to their Matchbook account or would this person never get payed.
