TopCat has been around for 20+ years and I can't say I would expect any differently from them.

There was a slight problem with the last payment it took a week. It seems they are sending it from another country that I have never heard of a book using. So there was a english problem. But MIke called me every day letting me know the status and was very apologetic, so I can only say they are very reliable and he made sure I was paid.. so I dont have anything negative to say about Topcat.

BBD???? Quick look at Topcat shows they use same software as Cris and have reduced juice and 20% bonus?

Given your comment above--why the C rating? Whats to fear with these guys? Whats not to like?

TopCat is mainly a credit shop Katstale. They did have a failure once before with their first post up shop, so maybe that could be part of the reason as to why the C rating.
