Default Bwin continues to be a fraud

My account has been closed or blocked now for 15 days becouse some how the "highly qualifyed team" of bourlons on Bwin as managed to come to the great conclusion today that I have opened another acount in my name ...there for they will close my acount permanently.
Well thats interesting as I have sent all information on my acount and have also made clear that the 2 people that i had invited are close to me and that i can provide also a copy from personal identifications, of the persons in question, unless I have many fake identetys there is something very strange with their argument...

It is being very hard to get them to leasten or to respond in due time.

the account in question is valentexxx and i dont even give a F--- about the money that is in the acount cause its not significant, as i have continuous lost my deposits ..having now after 4 or 5 deposits something in arround 60 euros, i m just seak to be suckered by this fraudolent organization.

Does any one have any idea of what to do ?!?

I have some that goes from bad publicity in any journals foruns or any mean of media that i know to judicial action against Bwin, as I understand some structures of fisical casinos in my contry suport fights against Bwin and the mediatising of the cases..."just cause it suits them i reckon"
I m from Portugal by the way

So any help or ideas to resolve the situation would be very welcome

If other people used your computer, the "Bwin fraud net" will fall on the accounts. Its rules are pretty clear about using multiple accounts from the same IP.

If you followed the rules and this is a mistake, we can probably get it fixed. I've taken no fewer than 30 complaints against Bwin that are similar. In most cases, the players drop them when Bwin produces evidence of fraud. In a few cases, they have reconsidered and opened an account.

So lets consider that i have wirless network in the house that is used by every bothy that I trust to..

this means that nobody can have a Bwin acount and that no one of my family can ever aspire to have a Bwin acount, cause i came here first ...

My dad my mom my uncle etc... they are forbiden to have an acount or use my home wirless router, it doesnt seems very reasonable.

it's good to hear bwin apparently is very cooperative working with sbr, nevertheless it's too bad they don't show the same behaviour towards their customers. you can say all you want about bwin, but they are very willing to shut down accounts and very unwilling to communicate to players, which is a bad mix.
sure, people opening multiple accounts is a problem for every book, it's just somehow with bwin the problem always escalates.

perhaps they should spend a few k less in marketing, and a few k more in decent customer support.

regardless of whether it's reasonable or not, the IP-rule (which if fingas is right is not even a rule at bwin, if i were you i would definitely check up on that) pretty much is industry standard. a majority of books have it.

yes, almost every bookie doesn't allow more than one account per household and IP, but not bwin, they allow it.

I couldn't found it in their terms but tomorrow i'll get that rule from another foruns where this was very discussed and put it here

i just read the general terms and conditions and there is no ip rule or conection restrictement, also they do not have any objections or mention ho is elegible to be invited or open an acount ... family non family etc...

"Cada utilizador pode ter apenas uma conta. Os utilizadores já registados não estão autorizados a registarem-se como novos clientes com outro nome ou com outro endereįo de e-mail."

This is what they aleged in my email and in is also in theyr rules... it states only that a user can only have an acount and that every user alredy regitred is not alowed to register again with another name or a diferent Email....
that is clearely what they think I have done

Has i intend to make propaganda against Bwin on youtube foruns etc... i guess it would be more interesting to sugest and compare with serious houses in working in europe

I have just been on the phone with Bwin dealer, and they say that the claim that I had two acounts is an minor mistake from them, cause the real reason is, and i quote " in the sistem there is stated security reason, and we do not know what this reason is or is it possible for you to know, becouse in our terms we reserve the right to close acounts with out giving a cause"
I just cracked my self with this on the phone, this is the most arrogant thing i have ever seen...

The Bottom line is .... we closed up your account cause we fell like it and we do it cause we can

yes it is always a possibility if you win any thing in the future that they close your acount and state "security reasons"
And than tell you directly on the phone that not even them know what that reasons are ... cause they are just a dealer dependency .... and more i should know that they could close my acount or any acount at any time with out giving a reason for that...

We got to love this Nazi prepotent way of dealing with users, just make us feel so confident in poring money in to their system ...

I just had this happen to me too, but I'm only had my account open for a couple days. I deposited 3 payments totalling 500 euro, recouped a bit and had a 207 euro balance when I logged on to find my account was closed.

This was my first ever online gaming experience.

It took 2 days for them to respond to my email asking what was going on... now they say my account was closed by their security team and they refuse to say why - but... they want me to send them a scanned copy of my passport and a scan of both sides of my credit card that I used to make the payments (I haven't even asked for a withdrawal yet).

I looked around on the net to see what kind of reputation these guys have and found this thread at the very top of my google results so thought I'd add this here... I've never been asked to scan a copy of my credit card before and it seems like rather a stupid thing to do.

If I just want my 207 euros back and stop dealing with these guys in the future... does anyone have any advice what I should do?

Thanks in advance.

If you want your money back you'll have to send them the documentation, credit card scans are fairly common in this industry.

Bwin's customer service could use some improvement - we get a lot of complaints about issues where CS is the real culprit.

I've never seen Bwin fail to pay a player out when a player was due. Make them jump through ID hoops, yes... but they always pay.

No, they are not a fraud bookmaker.

Just Bwin's support is very weak.

They usually only answer emails after 2-3 days with pre-generated answers, without checking the real case.
The phone support is usually helpful (especially the own-country-ones), but can't even tell anything about the happenings at other departments (Financial, Fraud etc...), so calling them rarely solves an issue, and nearly never solves it instantly.

If they have any problem with the account (which is often only a simple misunderstanding), they don't notify the users about the problem, and don't give any reasonings about why did they close or suspend an account.

Also their support very often settles bets wrong, at least more often than a usual bookmaker, which is not professional too.

I like the large variety of events to bet on, the large variety of bet types (specials on european basketball for example), the outlook and handling of their site. Their live betting is one of the best, and I'd give Bwin a "B" totally....

....but they truly a "C-" one with their weak support, and account limiting....(also they could improve the speed of moneybookers outpayments a little)

Well, I sent the passport copy and my credit card scan.

They reopened my account so I guess I can get my money back now, though I still have no idea why they closed it in the first place.

Thanks all for your advice and input - I wouldn't have sent my documents otherwise - and it seems to have worked out.

And Real Madrid.
Where do they get the money from, surely not the 5€ punters?

This is one og the larges bookies in the world so off course we read things about them.

If you compare Bwin to Lad. Bwin is lot better. IMO.

on what basis could you ever say bwin is better than Ladbrokes?? At least Ladbrokes will take a decent bet! Don't be swayed by their marketing budget, that has nothing to do with whether they will pay up or not.

bwin are after millions of customers all betting €5 each on stupid markets with high margins. They don't care about closing people down who win, and they certainly aren't after sharp money - in their conditions you'll find a rule banning anyone who works in the industry from opening an acct, and their margins are so high that they could be employing schoolkids to do the job, there ain't much expertise there.

This is their latest scam - http://sportismadeforbetting.blogspo...ker-alert.html - they had no grounds at all to cut the guy off and with SBR's help, they've caved in.

There are dozens of better books out there, even for the addicts that have to be able to bet on everything..
