Unibet warning!!!
Two weeks ago i requested a 5k EURO withdrawal and i haven't receive it yet. They don't answer my emails since 02 april

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum
I take it that you have sent in all the documentation to them or no? If not then that could possibly be the problem since you didn't give anymore details.
Anyways, if you need some assistance with this matter. Please feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire on your behalf.

No sir I did not receive it. However, when you fill out those things they don't go directly towards me anyways. So please bare with us on these matters, because their are other people in front of you in the complaint dept line sorta speak.

Requested a $530 withdrawal from unibet at beginning of March, sent in id documentation three times, each time received email that docmentation had been received to be patient and wait for a few days.
It's now been five weeks. Have called twice, each time waited for 25 minutes on hold before giving up.
Can't say enough bad things about Unibet. Recommend everyone stay away from them.

Hi,
I play in unibet more 1 years and I have only one account in unibet, and I always made deposit (credit card, moneybookers, webmoney) and made withdrawal (moneybookers, webmoney) normally.
But since 07/04/2008 I also can not make withdrawal.
07/04/2008 -They cancelled my withdrawal by moneybookers.
After I send them e-mail, and they ask me to send them documents.
09/04/2008 - I called by phone in Unibet.
And unibet phone support say to me that documents check one or two days.
11/04/2008 - I called again by phone in Unibet. And unibet phone support say to me that documents check 3-5 working days, but some times it is take more that 5 days.
May be it need to write in IBAS? I do not understand why it is so long they check documents.
Unibet not say how many time they checking documents. May be it will be 1, 2 or 3 months? It is not normal!
Anybody SBR helped?

P.S. I will fill out a complaint form in next tuesday (1 week as unibet check my documents).

Yes i made a deposit with a credit card. They finally replied today and told me that they made the payment and it will take 3-5 working days to arrive in my bank account. I hope it comes ok......

I also made deposit using Credit Card and moneybookers.
I have some questions.
1) Did SBR helped you?
2) Did unibet answer why they do long checking?
3) What country are you from?
4) When you made last deposit using credit card?

Unibet had some awful withdrawal delays in the last few month (4-5 days for withdrawals via moneybookers)
But I received my latest payout request (this Thursday) within 12 hours via moneybookers

We have another problem. They checking documents very long, as the result, some people wait 5 and more weeks.
It is really not normal.

I try to call tomorrow, but I think that they say:

Sorry, I was out of town for a few days. Original deposit was made through moneybookers using credit card. It's been SIX WEEKS they've been checking my documents. Threatened them with complaining to sbr and posting details in forums the other day, and account now unlocked, however the money is still in account i have not tried to withdraw it again yet.

Unibet e-mail support say to me, that "Once the documents are validated (due to the security check), then you will be able to withdraw.", but...
Today I called again.
Unibet phone support say to me, that I can make withdrawal only to my bank account. And they don't know how many time they will be checking my documents 
I think, if I make again withdrawal to my bank account, they also will cancel my withdrawal.

Withdrawal received in moneybookers account today. No reason given for delay checking documents. However, I suggest you make sure the files you are sending are no larger then 2Mb. They asked me for screenshot of moneybookers account as well as id, etc. I originally sent them a screenshot of moneybookers which was too large i believe although they do not inform you of whether they have received all the files or not.
However I resent the info in smaller format on March 26, and it still took close to 3 weeks after that for them to unlock my account and process the withdrawal.

Hello,
Unfortunately, I have the same problem!
I requested a withdraw of 1000euros and and got stuck another 3500, now they are asking for documents although I have many deposits and other successful withdrawals of 500 euros.
I sent them all the documents (id front, id back, cardfront, card back, and 2 bank statements)
They responded:

The bank statements files are .mdi so I find hard to believe they don't have an Microsoft Office to open them

take a print screen with that file open and then put it in "paint" and send it as jpeg, that way they will have no excuse
