    So I now wait 3+ weeks. They not verify my account till now. (e-mail support not answer).
    But 16/04/08 I made withdrawal 300 USD to my bank and I receive this money 23/04/08 (7 days)
    23/04/08 I again made withdrawal 500 USD to my bank, but I am not receiving this money till now.
    Any idea?
    This Monday (28/04/08) was day off (holiday) in Europe for banks or not?
    Today, I was call again, but it was said that customer service is busy.

    Well, if you ask me - bet365 and all other "just-registered" guys, including topicstarter - are just a bonushunters nothing more.

    Just note - all "old" members have received their money (sooner or later) me, personally, have withdrawed about 10k$ during last month via Web$... without any ID check. So the worst possible thing is happening - Unibet has minor shortages of e-currencies, and has improved the work of their fraud team

    just my 5 cents

    I am not bonushanter, I play in unibet more one year.
    I only have one account in unibet.
    I can make screen of my betting history (more 600 bets) since August 2007 and send it to SBR persons.

    Hello folks,
    I guess it's normal to suspect newbies of fraudulent activity.
    But as you can see there are many complaints here and on other forums about unibet.

    After reading other stories I should say that in my case 3 days of waiting so far is nothing comparing to others

    Keeping my finger crossed to see my money

    and btw, I haven't received any bonus from unibet. I don't think they give anymore sign up bonuses since they changed the layout of their site

    Some news,
    They answer that money paid out on the 24/04/08 and cleared on the 27/04/08 (sunday is a working day???)
    I was in my bank today, and my bank do not receive this payment till now.
    Nothing anymore. They also not check my documents till now.
    I was not filled out a complaint form, because they answer again.

    Hi guys, I just found this forum on google. Don't know exactly what SBR is about or if you have to signup to Unibet through SBR to complain here.

    Anyway, my account was locked when I tried to withdrawal. Sent in my documents in and they said "We kindly ask you to be a little patient and your issue will be fully taken care of in the coming few days." It has since been 3 weeks and they have stopped replying to my emails.

    But I see I'm not the only one with this problem and there is still hope for my money.

    Thanks for this forum..by the way, whats the minimum cashout for wire transfer and any fees for wire transfer on Unibet?

    Note: If you withdraw less than 15 USD, a fee of 3 USD will be charged

    First off, Welcome to the SBR forum sir

    As you already expressed above, you are not the only one that has encountered this type of problem. Then again most Euro base books seem to lock players accounts from time to time if things aren't precisely followed by the books standards.

    You more than welcome to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf.

    Just received an email from Unibet and they said "Kindly allow us another couple of days as I can assure you that we will manage to close this case by midweek." Sounds like a police investigation lol. Hopefully everything runs smoothly and I get my money.

    bbets365, thanks for the wire transfer info. I should have just cashed out that way, probably wouldn't have any problems that way.

    Received 1300$ via MoneyBookers for few hours from Unibet.
    I recommend to all MoneyBookers as a payment method here.

    I don't think so.
    Previous, I made withdrawal 300 USD and received 300 USD in my bank.
    This time they made error in bank transfer (as result they made two bank transfer), as result, I do receive money only after 23 days delay.
    I do not understand why i need to pay for error transfer.

    well, I guess they have focused their whole man power to get their new website online. (Which was very good)

    After some payout delays in the past, now they pay me within 24 hours.

    I requested four payouts of 1500 Euros this month sir.
    Received my moneybookers account within 24 hours.

    As I written before, they had some terrible delays (4 -5 days via moneybookers) in the past.

    But for me Unibet is still one of the very best european books for several reasons.

    And 10bet for example is one of the very worst
