This new feature is sweeeet... Under "My Account" there is a new feature called "Payment Tracking" and it has all the information you need about your payout(s) and their history...

I have recieved all of those payouts and some took 1 week while some others took 2 weeks which were requested BEFORE the checks that took 1 week but who cares...

I'm not going to lie, even with their reputation on here what it is, I think this is a feature that will make some people who were teetering on playing there much more comfortable. The ability to see where your funds are every step of the way with its carrier, is a great relief especially to a book that may take 2-3 weeks.

Durito, I believe you're referring to the correlated parlay situation, and quite possibly the bonus abuse stuff. Again I'm not an avid supporter of this book like Shams, but I've just recently began back up at them and I have to say I think things are looking up for them (at least some of their skins that have fair customer support).

Their customer support has explained to me that I'm in no danger of having my account forfeited in the name of any "bonus abuse", I had explained to them I'd previously taken bonuses at one of their sister sites over a year ago... They said so long as you don't take bonuses and bet against them at multiple sites, I have nothing to worry about whatsoever.

I also think this new delivery tracking feature is quite a nice addition considering how their payouts can have you waiting for a few weeks...

I just went into my old SB account. The new payment tracker doesn't tell me where my stolen funds are. How do I get a tracking # for this?

How can you say that when Shams posted a screenshot of multiple checks on the way? Since he did share his payouts, I'll just say that he isn't what you'd consider a "losing" or "unsophisticated" bettor, and yet they pay him every month for pretty good amounts.

I know you guys must field a lot of complaints about bonus situations where players try to take advantage of all the promotions at sister sites, but for regular players that don't bet against promotions and simply bet on regular games, I'm not seeing any evidence or players posting here complaining about not being paid. I'd think, with their size customer base, the forum would be FLOODED with people not getting paid.... Hell, the book just added a delivery tracker where you can monitor DHL!

There was nothing in their T&C back them specifically about sides and total correlations.

Ohhh geez we went through this already...

Not only was it added to the T&C but a CERTAIN POSTER.. geee I might be able to remember who it was.............. place correlated parlays (1H) even though he already knew at that point the rules were changed but his reason was that the software accepted it... Why did he even try..?

In any case I have recieved at least two checks a month and as you can see sometime more... The checks ALWAYS get here and sometimes it's a week sometimes it's close to three but IT ALWAYS GETS HERE!!!

It's like an F.B.I. agent once told me... "If you don't do anything wrong... then you have nothing to worry about.. it's when you worry that gives us even more reason.."

From now on every month I am going to post a screen shot of my payouts...

Hollywood Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) cancels player's $2000 winning wager
A Hollywood player accidently placed a wager on the wrong team. He asked customer service if he could cancel the wager, was told that it was not possible, and was advised to wager on the other side of the match to eliminate the risk and "only lose the juice." The player waited until minutes before the game's start time and made a would-be losing wager on the other team. Hollywood canceled the winning wager during the game. Despite wagering logs showing the book did unjustly cancel the bet after start time it denied the player's request to review the phone logs confirming the bet would stand. Hollywood initially told the player it would investigate the matter in February but is no longer responding. SBR has added the claim to the list of pending issues filed by the Sportsbook.com Group's players. Hollywood was acquired by Sportsbook.com in May of 2006.

Shams, I am still with sportsbook.com even after the horrible withdrawal delays last year. The last 2 withdrawals I made were at my front door in less than a week. Whatever problems they had it seems to be fixed. I know people blast them here for being a D book or whatever, but I'll keep playing with them and enjoy getting my checks in a week or less. Glad to see you have been getting your checks in a quick fashion as well.

Looks like another player has been getting paid.

SBR, I know they must've put you guys through HELL with the correlated parlay and bonus abuse sagas, because of the sheer # of players pissed off (right or wrong) about their accounts status. I can understand how much time you must've spent dealing with those players and why you'd be quick to denounce this book... However, let's be straight here.

This is a book with TONS of users. If they are truly NOT PAYING as a moderator has already alleged in his post, why aren't we seeing tons of users continue to post here echoing that? Shouldn't it be common knowledge? The only people who post negative feedback here about them are those with poor experiences in the past from the correlated parlay/bonus abuse cases..

This book is PAYING, they even added a new feature *outlined in this thread* to better track check deliveries... That's not something a book whom doesn't pay winners does. Shamswoof has already volunteered to show his payout statuses, and I'm sure others will come forward as Dannyt has with similar positive feedback...

As bad as some people might think of sportsbook.com they are at least C or higher book in my mind. To me prior to the neteller problems, I though sportsbook was a B+ book. I was suprised SBR had their rating much lower than that in 2003, when I first discover this site for sportsbook reviews. If you follow everything by their strict rules, you will get paid, this place has too many customers to have any financial problems.

Although SBR has them at a D- rating, they are a hundred times better than Betus, Oddsmaker, LazerWager, and all other D books they're categories with. Despite saying all that, if I had to play at any book lower than a B, it would betruss and that's it.

my account at superbook doesn't tell me anything about the check that they sent me last month that bounced. I get told every other day I will get an email on the status of the funds being returned to my account, but I have yet to get that email or my funds back. However, I do have faith that I will get the funds, it may just take 6 months or so, and I have realized now you can' trust anything customer service tells you.
