Last week i deposited over 1400 pounds into my willhills account to bet with on saturday from neteller
i made profit on my bets and had a balance of 2788
i withdrew 1788 on sunday and nothing arrived by monday
i recieved an email saying as i have requested a withdrawl they want
id from me. So i did this
then i received an email saying my account was now updated.!
Tuesday still no money arrived to my neteller and gone from my willhills
i called them they said they are performing a payment method check on my account and they cannot give any timescale for this ! I got mad with them and emailed and called eventually i called neteller and they had never heard of this before. Willhills stopped answering my emails.
Nothing on the wednesday but on the thursday at 6.35pm the money arrived in my neteller account! Quickly i withdrew all the rest and sent willhill an email telling them they are like complete con artists.
I dont expect they will reply that one too
i swet on my money for 4 days ! Trying to get a win is hard enough
without that

asking for id verification is pretty common for euro books.

FFS, if you're not gnoming, scamming then you're fine. They're performing security checks as you've paid from a deposit method that is relatively easy to fraud, probably a 2nd world country, and its your first withdrawal. Billy hill is a top bookie. Need that head in hands gif again.

With any decent book, inc Will Hill. Mske a losing bet. Send in id that proves you're 17, and they'll refund you as they're not legally allowed to accept a wager from you. Asking for id upon withdrawals means less work, and less faffing. Means users won't be put off, and complies with uk law.
Some Aussie books will ask for ID before playing, and 188bet do too, else first bet is refunded win or lose (though this is open to abuse )

they said this is very important to prevent money laundering etc .

however, it did not concern them until i picked a few wins. It is obvious to me what is going on .

the reason they don't do the check in advance of depositing is because it takes too long and you wouldn't be able to bet straight away and you would bitch and moan about it.... but you still found a way.
They are totally legit, they made 64.5 million in the first 6 months of this year, why would they try to rob your couple of grand? Your not dealing with the mob!
