As before I believe that particular email at the LGA bounces so perhaps get a different one from the lga.org.mt website if affected ...

I highly suggest anyone affected grab screenshots ASAP before the site is taken down

No joke ... the LGA is not known for acting swiftly, or for that matter for acting in the betting public's interests in any way really.

Guessing if Stryyke had not been caught having the online casino without LGA permissions this might not have yet happened

No one will receive their money.
It happens the same when GoldVictory closed due to bankrupt.
Players send their contact and data to LGA, and LGA do nothing!

It's about time. This had to happen and I hope that more bookies stealing money will be closed in the near future.

    Bada bing ....

Someone must know someone high up as the MD of Stryyke was arrested and forced to post bail on charges of defrauding customers (his profile on LinkedIn confirms he was in charge)

    http://www.di-ve.com/Default.aspx?ID...02&cache=false

The director of an online gambling company was arraigned in court for failing to pay out more than €50,000 in winnings.

Rajiv Giri, 40, born in India but holding a German passport, has pleaded not guilty to all charges, claiming that the outstanding amount was only €6,000 in arrears since these winners did not present proper methods of identification in order to be paid.

Police Inspector Maurice Curmi said that while the prosecution was not opposing bail, it was asking for a substantial financial guarantee to ensure that the accused returned to Malta.

He was granted bail against a personal guarantee of €20,000 and was granted permission to travel to EU countries.

Well, for one, the Germans would come down hard and cancel his passport if he did a runner and he would be liable to arrest anywhere in the EU if he does so as well, for the sake of ~30k difference I don't think he would do that.

Will be interesting to see how much, if any, of the money makes it back to customers...

Indeed ... given his excuse was the old documentation/id check routine, the money must be in the accounts or other charges would've been brought forth I should think ...

    Unhappy stryyke withdrawal

    Hello,

I have 400 euros at stryyke in my sportsbook account and they don't reply to my mails. Do you think there is still a chance of getting back my money? I wrote a mail to the gambling authority, but there came no answer at all, I don't even know who got my personal data. I'm desperate, it's a lot of money for me.

Any ideas? Can anybody help me?

Anecdotally on a private forum people are getting paid the past few days, albeit minus a €25 'processing fee' being told they had not met the WR and thus a charge was levied ...

Anybody got more info on the situation with this. I have only just found out about this and have been trying to make a withdrawal for the first time.
They sent me an email asking for my ID docs but i have not heard anything since.
It's so fustrating not being able get in contact with them, i'd rather know if i have lost my money than being danaged on a string waiting.

Anecdotally on another private forum I hear people are being paid, recontact Stryyke via their email address saying you know they are settling with/paying out to waiting customers and why not you also, and cross your fingers as you click send
