I originally asked this question of the Sportsbook Review Team but they aren't allowed to recommend sites for US based customers. They did suggest that I post it in the forum though for member suggestions so this is what I am doing:

I am located in the United States and would like to find a website (similar to Unibet.com) that offer straight bets, doubles and other bets on English and European soccer games. I have gone through all the highly rated US books as per the Sportsbook Review website but they all offer very limited bets on European sports and the majority of them follow the line/handicap pattern.

If anyone can suggest a reputable betting site that I can access while in the United States, I would appreciate it.

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum.

I can't think of one offhand that would be similar to Unibet at all sir. I'll have to defer to the SBR posters on this particular question.
