Default MG and WU ???????????

Is there any MG or WU locations that I can go to that will give me cash on the spot. Recently went to an MG for $850 bucks and they
gave me a money order instead of cash. They also asked DL and SSN.

Most of them all print out a check and then ask if you want to cash it there or take the check.

I know most supermarkets will do that for people (up to $2,000 I believe).

I wonder why those MG dudes asked for DL and SSN. Is this normal.

How else do you prove who the heck you are ? Can not send money to someone with no ID to pick it up. People really need to wake up !!!

Beyond a certain amount it is. I had to with an amount over $2000, but not with an amount around $750, only DL was needed.

Walmart MG rocks. Need to show DL and cash on spot. Normally pick up 700-975 range with no problems.

One employee asked me if Wisconsin was in the US before giving me my pickup in Oklahoma. I said yes and got my cash!!!

LOL

I agree with you. Out of WU or MG. I go Wal-Mart MG every time.

I wonder what the hell I would say if they asked where the sender was sending it from, because I have no idea. Since it was my 1st time, thank god MG didn't say anything. It feels like your doing something illegal when doing these pickup though.

I hear ya. I felt the same way at first, but after-a-while of doing so many deposits and withdrawals, I became used to it and even talked several new employees through the process to make sure my transaction went smoothly.
