Default Oh no.... help me (BetUS)

I'm so sorry I didn't find this forum before I did what I did...

I signed up yesterday to BetUS. I tried to make a deposit with my CC for $1,000 and then I was asked weird questions and I was told to call CS to complete the deposit.

I got a fast reply, and the guy asked me "If you make a deposit of $2,000 I will give you $900 bonus." - I asked him if there are any requirements and he said I need to play with the bonus for 5 times - so I said "no thanks, just make the deposit and don't give me any bonuses please" because I'm aware of those scams that try to give you bonus but when it comes to cash-out suddenly all kind of weird terms pop up.

That's not the problem.
The problem is that I placed a bet of $1,000 and I don't know if I will win or not, probably I should, the game will be in a few hours but in a case I win I don't want to wait million of weeks to get paid!!!

I read here in the forum it takes weeks to get paid and if I win I feel like I want to cancel my winning and simply ask them to refund the $1,000 back to my credit card and I don't want to see or place anymore bets in this website.

Can I do something? If I win - how can I get my money back right away without waiting weeks? is there anything I can do?

I feel like I want to for not reading here before I became to be a BetUS customer!

We won't hold it against you after you chargeback when your bet loses. I know that's what you're wanting to do anyway.

If you don't make the bet it will still take a long time to get your money back. So I'd just make it and if you win start to fight for your money.

Or you could just do a chargeback, but you did make the deposit.

In the future, consider MatchBook.com. Better odds, better reputation for paying--although be aware that all offshores may suffer delays in getting you your money. It's now just that kind of party.

Pretty recently I requested and received a 2500 dollar payout from them by check within the 7-10 days they said it would take, so i think your money's safe

No, I'm pretty sure my bet will win. That's not the problem. I can see myself with the winning already, but I just don't know what to do afterwards because I don't want to wait weeks and I'd rather cancel the winning itself and just ask for the money back but they won't do it, do they?

They wont cancel the bet....On top of that it will take just as long to get the money you already put in out of it, so win the bet, suck up the wait and then close your acct.

Don't worry, they usually do pay, in some cases they take their time.

I've got a friend who receives regular payments from Betus, then you read here, that they delay payments for some people.I guess they're just a very unorganised operation.

Stay calm. After your bet, win or lose, ask for your money. They will likely hit you for a fee because you only bet half your deposit. Pay the fee and set up an account at a good book.

I think he deposited 1000 and bet the full 1000 on one game. He stated he bet the full amount and not half of his deposit. I'm not sure if it makes a difference unless he loses.

If he wins, will it be easier to receive the payment because he risked the full amount of his initial deposit?

Just curious.

Thanks John.

That's an interesting question. If I was at the controls of a scummy book, I'd make sure I paid that type of bettor in a timely fashion and I'd severely delay and/or not pay a bettor who won the same amount by betting sophisticated over several bets.

John, that's exactly what I did and the game is already over and the bet won.

Here are the details of my case:

1) I creared my account and made a first deposit of $1,000 yesterday (I asked to not award me with any kind of bonuses and I didn't get any)

2) I placed $999.70 on a tennis game that was today - when I tried to place the bet it was so weird because I got used to Bet365 (yeah, I can bet with them even from US because I have details outside of US) - so anyway the odds were 1.17 and after I tried to put "$1000" and it didn't work and only then I realized I need to put the amount I'm willing to win and not to risk - so I tried again right away and then they changed it to 1.15 (surprise?) and I put $999.70 (I saved the confirmations for the bets)

3) The match ended so I am getting about $153 from them.

4) It says on the website the only fee they have is $50.00 for a courier check - it's very expensive but I don't mind to pay the fee as long as they promise to send the money quickly. Otherwise, I'd rather get the $1,000 back to my CC and they can take the winnings, but I know they won't do it and I'm screwed and now I have to wait!!!

Why I'm worried?

Because I read many posts here.
Because they changed 1.17 to 1.15 when they "noticed" I'm trying to place a bet.
Because people say paying $50 for a courier check is regular mail and not courier check (and I don't mind to pay that fee to get my money but I know it won't help me to get it quickly)

Bet365 is much better than them because they always pay on time, but I'm in US now and I want to use my US credit-card, and using Entropay is very annoying and charges me a lot of fees with Bet365, so I thought I found a good sportsbook place for US customers but it seems like I was wrong...

OK arie just hang in there. This book is known for scamming big winners. It may take a while but you will most likely be paid. Keep us updated.

I don't see any new outstanding complaints levied against BetUS or any new processing problems at this time. So with that being said, my estimated time before you would recieve your funds would be roughly 2 weeks. Because that seems to be "the norm" for them generally overall.

My withdrawal is now "Awaiting Manager Authorization"

I called them to ask about it and they said it will take 7 to 10 business days to receive a courier check.

What can I do in order to expedite this process? They told me it's paper work and verification crap, gimme a break. PayPal does verification faster than those guys and I'm sure they're not even close to 1% of the # of customers PayPal has.

What can I do in order to expedite my withdrawal??
