Very strange. It's set up as a VOIP provider, but you can't sign up without a merchant ID (provided by WSEX). It's pretty unclear how this works without trying it. At $1500/day limit, I guess I'd rather go to moneygram if I needed a faster option than a bankwire.
Nobody wants to try it and report?
