After several phone calls to set up and fund my account, I was given a WRONG name on a ** transfer.

After several more phone calls informing me everything was fine, "it'll take a few minutes to show in your account", they admitted I was given a wrong name, the money couldn't be picked up and could I cancel that transaction and make another one?

To add insult to injury one of thier fine customer service reps (Danny) boldly stated "you asked for a name for a ** transfer and not **" and it was my fault I was having such a hard time funding my account" ... he even threw in sacrastic "dude" into the chat...I guess to show me who was boss

This of course wasnt true since my 1st attempt through ** was declined and THEY suggested I go through **

As any US player can attest to, funding an offshore book can be a trying experience under the best of circumstances, to have a customer service rep lay balme on the player is outragous.

At the end I got a supervisor who promised to give me a better deal and help me work it out, but after seeing the difficulty they have in processing a deposit I'm not about to trust them with rollovers, payouts, etc

Stay away from this book, really unprofessional and has a pretty shady feel to them

This time of year unfortunately the industry sees an influx of people who have no experience or very little experience in this industry and will most likely be around just for football season or will be lucky to make it into the first month of football season. JustBet is a rec shop, offers decent bonuses and clones lines. Sorry to hear about your overall experience

JustBet sucks it is one of the most unbeatable books out there they do not release lines until every other book has had them up for 12+ hrs making it very difficult to get a good number before the market matures, They piggy back the hell out of pinnacle lines, and have juice that is practically unbeatable and to make things worse their max limits are $500.

If you want to have a chance at winning money I would stay away this book is strictly out to take advantage of square players.

Yes, you had requested a name for a specific processor, then you decide to use a different processor, thats fine, when you felt we were trying to curb you around, I butted in and asked for the chat to be transferred to me ... I tried to help you with many outs, you decided to keep making this harder for you and us to get this resolved.

I guess going the extra mile sometimes burns you (offered many options), but we learned and now understand.

If you still want to do business, we will be here this and future football seasons.

JustBet deserves an A+ rating here. Nothing but good to say about them. Also, their affiliate manager, Gary Thompson is one of the best out there. He went out of his way once for me to get my affiliate earnings transferred early so I could bet the Super Bowl two years back. No other book has EVER done such a thing for me.

JustBet seriously needs to be raised to an A+

justbet is a solid rec book.. they pay and they pay quick.. i cleaned up on NBA playoffs there two years ago and i was getting **/** in a day or two when i wanted to be paid..

i withdrew at least 3k that playoffs from them and had no problems.. baseball is vanilla and put up late.. but they did handle team totals.. and once i wanted to lay more then 250 on a team total and the manager wrote me a ticket for 500 bucks on a marlins team over.. he must of knew something cause it didn't hit.. player tag out at home on a long throw for the push

I've had the same thing happen to me with other books!

What a pain in the ass to change it! They wouldn't let me do it over the phone!

At least the books gave me some nice $$$ for the inconvenience!

Justbet does not let you keep all the casino money after the rollover like other sportsbooks. They will take away the freeplay amount they gave you. For example, they gave you $200 bonus, after you completed the rollover and you have $250 on your account, they will take away $200 and you only have $50 left. All the other sportsbooks i played, they let me keep everything.

I tried to withdraw money from them but it isn't working. I get to the page that ask how much you want to withdraw and hit next. Then it ask what method of withdrawal I want but there is nothing to click on. I've tried chrome ie and my phones browser. Anyone else have this problem?
