I made a deposit of 2,000 this month and received a 45% bonus with a 8 time roll over. While in Vegas on a SUNDAY I called my Account Manager and asked if I had met the rollover requirement for a pay out.

I was told to give them about 20 minutes and they would call me back to advise. Within 20 minutes as promised not only did I receive the call but I also received in writing via email that I did in fact make the required roll over with room to spare. Now mind you this was in the afternoon on a Sunday.

I was told I could bet my 900 free play up to 1,500 pay out with out any more required rollovers. I took that 900 free play on Rays rl and won 1,350 on top of the monies already won.

To top this all off my Account Manager called me Monday while I was at the airport to remind me if I wanted to cash out I could do it on Friday for FREE!


Just amazing service!!!!!!!!!!!! What books do you know that call you to remind you of a free payout option.

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys.

Aside from the other two posts. Thank you for this. I was looking at throwing some money into BetOnline for the bonus match promo.

I think the whole point Pimke is trying to get across is that a book did what they said they were actually going to do without putting it back into the hands of the customer. It is sad that this industry has become that. The only time a book seems to call you back is regarding deposits, anything regarding withdrawls or rollovers is generally on the customers hands.

True, very true. I suppose in this day and age withdrawals are hard to come by in some books.

I guess from years ago. I have always had 105 lines there. Every day not just Fridays.
