Betredkigs Withdrawal
Betredkings is a new Malta licensed sportsbook of the Redkings group.
I was interested in their bonus offer and deposited 100$ for an extra 100bonus with a 10X rollover.
Completed the rollover won pretty decent amount.
When i tried to withdraw from Betredkings, They send an email asking for the following, due to a random security check-
Passport
Utilitybill
Moneybookers/Neteller Screenshot
I sent them all that immediately.
I've been waiting for my money since two days, all Betredkings tell me is that they are awaiting a reply from the " Risk Department ".
What is going on?
Where's my money ?
I need help, What do i do Wait more?
Ive already phoned and emailed them twice.
I hope i receive my cash soon
Please pray for me and help me.
What are your thoughts about Betredkings and Redkings Casino/ Poker network. Has anybody have any experiences?

It's only been 2 days since they requested ID, which isn't that long. Have you checked they received all of your ID OK? Don't panic yet. Presumably the "risk dept" are the people verifying your ID.

Not had any issues here before, you shouldnt have any problems unless,............. your not from one of the countries excluded from the bonus are you?
- This bonus excludes players from Serbia, Croatia, Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Portugal, Latvia, Lithuania and Slovenia Created: 09.08.2010

Yes, Thats all that they tell me- "The documents have been forwarded to our Risk department already and we are awaiting for their reply."
I feeling really nervous, called them up again today and requested them to speed up the process.

Betredkings have unblocked my account, verified the documents i sent them, but have not processed my withdrawal made 6 days ago so far..
Email quote- "We are pleased to confirm that your account has now been unblocked and you are able to resume playing"
Hope things move ahead fine

I'm guessing they've received it now as they haven't been back to moan.
Since their larger $150 bonus came in, its grabbed the attention of the various bonus hunting forums again (the old $20 or 25 offer excluded uk eventually), plus I think it has/had 5x WR as opposed to 10x on the $100. They a decent honest book although I didn't get to test withdrawing, perhaps look at bookmakersreview or TGT instead, they're a bit more clued up on euro books.

I can't help myself and I got to post to the thread. I made a $25 deposit to Red Kings from my **. I played for awhile but I began to be very suspicions regarding what I saw. Therefore I decided to close my account and move to a FullTilt. I like FullTilt tables to play at. So I began trying to make a withdraw of the $24.?? I had left. The only link I had on my withdraw page was a wire transfer. So I tried it, no luck, there was an error message came up each time I tried. After 3 days trying to get help from support, I got the complete answer. I found out there was a $100 dollar minimum to use it.
Wow, now I'm totally high and dry, I either go back to the tables or just walk away from the money. This also added much more suspicion to my opinion, there criminal activity present in this Red Kings site. Besides, this site has taken away the freedom of a human being of leaving and quiting when he wants. Because they got mimimum levels attached to all their withdraw, this does leave a player without the rights of freedom of play.
This is what I'm talking about, walk into an off the street casino, walk up to the cashier and buy chips. When you are tired, walk to the cashier and get paid for each chip you have left, even if it is only one, then walk out to the street. You are free to do as you are pleased. Not with the online site, they got a mimimum, holding you at ranson, forcing you to gamble again.
If they (Red Kings) had a cheque paying option, I would have use it, no nothing available. Love to hear from other player who got stuck in the con games of these sites.
SO BEWARE WHERE YOU PLAY, SOME SITES ARE FULL OF SURPISES. I WOULD JUST STAY TO THE AMERICAN SITES. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SITES, REGARDLESS OF THE BONUS, BECAUSE YOU MAY NEVER GET IT ANYWAY.

don't be ridiculous - what freedom?... minimum withdrawal is an industry standard, as it costs money to process withdrawals and they offer it for free.
if it is really an issue for you, just bet it at 2/1+ odds and lay it elsewhere

We live under the "Constitution of Human Rights" and "Freedom of Choice" is one of them. As for so called industry standards, are as far as I am concerned, is at the end of the line. What if you went into your bank, ask for a withdrawal of less an a hundred. And the teller said, "Sorry, it got to be more than a hundred, plus you must pay $10 for a fee to do it." Would you swear, loud and clear about industry standards and move your account?
As for the costs of withdraws. This is an obligation which the poker site adopted the day they opened their doors. What do you think the rake-offs are for, besides making the owners rich? All withdraws should be free of charge.
I'm afraid you are the ridiculous one, because as for my case, all the site needs is a link to send the withdraw by mail and a cheque. But I don't have this option available.
Boy, here something else you don't understand, the poker site, RedKings, just stinks of coolers being used. Else, I would not mind going back to the tables to play.
