Joe,

Unfortunately, it looks like this is the end of BJO. There is hope that the owner realizes this won't go away very easily and it is in his best interest to pay. It does not look good.

What do you recommend to players with balances? Can they file a complaint with you to help recover funds?

Joe,
Still trying to find out more... What assets are in CR if any? if it's worth it for them to steal such a small amount? Off chance Capilleira hosting has something held in escrow this time? We will keep the board posted.

I have $4000 in my account and requested small withdrawal on Friday. I guess it was too late...Their site is offline, no reply on emails, phones are down.
It seems that our only hope is if Bill can work something out

I hope people get paid, but i really can't say i'm surprised. You can't give this type of money away and expect to survive. I wish all those with $$$ in there the best of luck!

That is Capilleira, the turnkey host provider.

This one came out of left field today. I just spoke with Joey on March 14th and he never made mention of any problems at all. I'm sure this will be one memorable St.Patrick's Day for the people that just got robbed by BJO.

Lets hope Charlie and the team there at least try and repay the post up players.

Luck o' the Irish - potato famine.

Not that anyone is getting anything back here, but let me ask this. Should any players still holding SBG bailout credit be paid in advance of players who have real post up money at BJO ?

If it comes down to who gets paid first, definately post up players should be paid first before SBG victims.
