5Dimes - Excellent service!!

5Dimes

I started using 5Dimes two weeks ago, deposited $1,500, won $9,000 and withdrew $5,000 today.

The withdrawal was processed to my neteller account within.. get this.. 20 minutes!!!

I have played at a wide range of sportsbooks, betcris, centrebet, unibet, expekt, thegreek etc.

I must say, so far this is tops, I've never had my first withdrawal processed so quickly!

It's not only the withdrawal but the whole deal. Customer support responds extremely promptly to emails, usually within the hour.

The live chat is also very helpful, with indepth answers (Something I found lacking at Cris!!).

Wagers are graded within 10 minutes and not only U.S sports, but soccer, tennis, i.e the more exquisite sports.

As of yet, my account has not had wager limits limited further then what they are originally.

I am really impressed with 5Dimes and having played at many other books, they top my experience so far in regards to service.

I have a screenshot of my withdrawal, so as not to be excused as a "fake" poster.

The reason for posting this, is because prior to sign up I have read alot of critique about 5Dimes here. In my experience, they run a very professional operation and their rating at SBR is definitely justified!

I don,t know the payouts are fast, I give them that, but the service when you call stinks. They never answer e-mails and when you speak to a live person they are rude...who is this guy?

Who is what guy? What's wrong with you people?`

I can post e-mail logs, I've found them to be prompt, courteous and contain alot of depth in their responses, where I experienced CRIS lacking (which is why I started using 5dimes).

I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone at 5 Dimes whose first name does not end in a vowel. Their live chat operators have always been curteous to me, their payouts have indeed been lightning quick and without a hitch, and mistakes in grading have always been corrected quickly. Now, if only I could convince God to raise reduced juice limits to 1,500.

500 for most people.

And contrary to popular belief, 5 Dimes won't slash you just for winning. It is the constant steam chasers that they collar. If you bet early and beat them fair and square, they'll usually leave you alone.

Agreed

. Just won another 7k, on top of the 5k, no limits yet.

5Dimes seems to attract alot of unfair criticism on this forum and mostly from people who do not have accounts there.
