I don't know much about DSI, but I could never recommend BetOnline to anyone.

DSI gave me weird differing CS answers but then after I was frustrated with them, they emailed me and said the best offer CS gave me, even though it was wrong, they would accept it. (they gave me 10X rollover on a bonus instead of 20X because a CS person told me the wrong thing...then they weren't going to fulfill it, but later a manager emailed me and said they would because that's what I was told by a CS rep.) So I like DSI now for being nice...even though their CS may suck.
