Thumbs down Betguardian.com/Justbet.com is a Joke-Horrible Experience

I don't know how Sportsbookreview gives these guys a B+ rating with this kind of service. This would appear to me to be the kind of answers I would get from a deposit only, D or F rated book. I can't find any info on the site, so I live-chat to ask a few questions. I do thank them for letting me see their colors up front. Here's how it goes with Betguardian.com:

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Aaron'
Aaron: Hello, how may I assist you?
you: Hello how are you
you: Good evening
Aaron: Good evening
you: I wanted to deposit money into the account, I just had a few basic questions
Aaron: How may i help ?
Aaron: Ok
you: How do I deposit money from the US, the laws are bad here
you: for deposits I hear
Aaron: Well you can try your credit card on line W/U or M/G
you: Ok, that sounds good. For withdrawals, if I ever have one, how is that done, and is it expensive?
Aaron: Well we do M/G $750 max per week
Aaron: You can get a check in the mail
Aaron: Or a bank wire transfer
Aaron: We also give out a debit card from our company to make your withdrawals
you: What are the charges for withdrawals? thanks
Aaron: We give out one free withdrawal per month
Aaron: And the fees depend on the amount you are withdrawing
Aaron: And the method you choose
you: Is there anywhere I can get all this stuff in writing, I couldn't find it on the site. I hate to bother you with all this stuff
Aaron: The debit card is 5% of the amount requested
Aaron: No that info is not on the site
Aaron: Check in the mail is $50
you: Is there a limit on the amount of the check?
you: per withdrawal
Aaron: Well they do brake the amount down to a reasonable amount so they can take care of all customers needs
Aaron: There is a limit of how much they can do per day so the amount they can send per check depends on how much will be done that day
you: No offense, but what are specifics as far as numbers. When you might send several thousand dollars to a sportsbook, it helps to have a little info on what's happening.
Aaron: We take deposits of as much as you want to send but any thing over 10k you have to speak to a manager
Aaron: Because we do not want to do business with wise guys or sharpies as we now them
you: I'll call in tomorrow. Thanks so much for your help.
you: Have a nice evening.
Aaron: I hope you mention me wen you call so they now i am doing my job
you: No problem, take care.
Aaron: Thank you
Aaron: Good night

I'm not passing judgment on SBR, as I am thankful for your excellent work, and consider you the best, by far, in the business in what you do.

But I would like to know how these two books rate out at a B+ with this type of activity.

I don't like Justbet, but what is the problem w/ this chat? Seems alright to me. If you wanted something in writing save the chat log.

Climate, good job on getting some info I was looking for. However, I don't see a problem, perhaps I am missing it. The only line in the whole conversation I didn't like was:

Quote:
Aaron: Because we do not want to do business with wise guys or sharpies as we now them
However, since their limits for NBA, NHL, and MLB is only $1000, that pretty much tells me they are not looking for big action. That comment of anything over 10K needs manager's approval isn't anything that should be of concern, considering the low limits. You could always break it up over a few withdrawals.

Please though, if I missed anything that you feel does not deserve the B+ rating, I would be interested in knowing what you felt was undeserving in that conversation.

Ok, if it's not that bad, it's not that bad. Let's move on.

Thanks.

Duke,

Whats more pertinent is their known software error that they refuse to fix.

If you confirm a wager at exactly the same time they move the lines, then you'll be assigned the new prices. While annoying and perverse, it does also represent the opportunity for excessive abuse.

The only thing that is a total turn off for me from this book is the low payout restrictions. Only $750 max. withdraws a week, I mean come on.
