I placed a teaser wager and came across a software glitch that mistakenly changed the wager to a pleaser. I selected my 2 teams and clicked on the "Teaser" option which brought me to the confirmation screen and not paying attention I clicked "confirm". I then looked at the payout and realized something was severely wrong, apparently there is a drop down menu where you can change the bet to choose how many points you want to tease or you can change to a pleaser. The problem was it was automatically setting the drop down menu to pleaser even though I selected a teaser.

I than tried several more times and realized the software was doing this overtime.

I spoke with Donnie the supervisor on duty and he confirmed quickly resolved the issue within 10 minutes and cancelled the wager and changed it to the teaser it was supposed to be.

Upon further review the software has been updated to correct this error and prevent it from happening again.

I am very happy with the way this situation was handled and am giving credit where credit is due outside of a few software glitches I am very pleased with BetOnline most books would have made this much more difficult or possibly put the blame on me for not properly reviewing the wager before submitting.

Me simply reviewing the wager would have saved me a lot of trouble but like an idiot I rushed through and did no properly review the wager.

The error was mainly due to a software error and was more their fault than mine but I accept partial blame for being a moron and not properly reviewing my bet

Most important is that Donnie understood the mistake, saw the error in the software and quickly resolved the issue and corrected the glitch in the software to prevent anybody else from having this problem.

As quickly as I will com here and bash a book I will also commend a book on a job well done and Betonline impressed me here with their understanding and quick response.

I too think BOL has great CS. They have always been a pleasure to deal with for me.

Their website sucks. Completely and totally.

I like the sites set up its just the little glitches here and there that suck.

They really could have fuked me and stuck me with the pleaser 12pts off of the wager I was looking for which I am sure many books would have done but they realized the software error and accepted blame instead of just claiming I was screwed because I confirmed the wager.

For some reason pleaser is their difficult set when you bet a teaser.

Their teaser odds are horrendous, I'm sure they were thrilled to let you bet one.

What US book other than 5dimes and their shaded lines offers better than 10 to 11 on 2 teamer teasers?

I would not bet any teaser above 2 teams with them because the odds are terrible.

Hopefully they are thrilled to continue letting me bet 2 teamers

I am not worried about ties being losers Durrito I always take that into consideration of the price but please do let me know what books offer better than -110 on 2 team teasers since there appears to be so many that I am unaware of, no rinky dink shops with $100 limits though.
