Using pre-paid cards?

Can I just buy a pre-paid visa card at my local super-market such as one of those Visa Vanilla Cards and use it to deposit into Bookmaker/Betjam/5dimes? It said on the back of the cards that it's for domestic use only so I don't know if it will work or not. Oh and I plan on betting baseball pretty soon which site out of the most trusted sites should I use?

Most of the pre-paid cards don't work anymore. The Vanilla once did about 2 years ago.

I called betjam and they told me to go to that website and buy a card there but isnt that the same as buying a card from a store?

They will work only for a short time until the prepaid bank catches on, my netspend all access card doesn't work at any gaming sites after only 4 months of usage.
